2nd time trying this location and will never return.. i ordered a beef and cheddar light beef extra cheddar. They charged me 99 cent to use less meat. They gave me less than the amount of cheddar required of a beef and cheddar, and then when I went back, they gave me a 1/2 a cup of cheddar, and then a dollar back for charging me. For getting less meat, I will never return here. The sandwich was cold instead of remaking the order. They just gave me a half thing of cold cheese, and this is a six dollar sandwich.

Every time I come to this arbys everyone is very respectful and always smiling customer service is by far the best when it comes to fast food on the Main Street strip in Englewood. Food was awesome like usual. Nice job

I was there today and they did my order wrong they hung up the phone on me twice and the manager was very rude very rude I will not go back to North main Street ever again to get Wendy's because you don't treat people bad

Workers closed restaurant an hour early and turned several customers away from their drive through. Their hours say they are open til 11pm on weekdays and workers close the restaurant at 10pm. This is a pattern that they have consistently been doing and either their hours on Google need adjusting or their management does.

Every single time I get food here something is missing or wrong. You would think spending 70 dollars for a family of 5 to eat fast food would warrant getting your food correct. This is ridiculous. If I never come here again it will be too soon. 12 dollar sandwich that you didn't even give me the sauce for. Just some dry pulled pork with no sweet barbecue. And a literal tablespoon of cheddar sauce for my curly fries. Employees don't give a single care about customer satisfaction. It's been nearly impossible for me not to swear through this review for emphasis.

Drove up around 9:30 pm. Could see a single worker and two of his pals joking and chatting in the seating area of the Arby’s. Got to the drive through window and am told that “the system is rebooting and that’s going to take a half an hour.” Sitting out in the parking lot, I can see that the worker hasn’t moved. Still chatting and yukking it up. Who reboots their system several hours before close?!

Y’all know how they say Arby’s we have the meat. Well they lied Patricia gave me horrible attitude and when i got home my sandwich looked horrible and my curly fries were soggy and my jalapeño poppers looked like someone spit in it i will never be coming back

When I placed my order, I ordered the wrong sandwich, when I went back to the counter, they prepared the one I wanted, with no questions. He didn't even have me pay the difference in the price. Great customer service!
