Every time I come to this arbys everyone is very respectful and always smiling customer service is by far the best when it comes to fast food on the Main Street strip in Englewood. Food was awesome like usual. Nice job
I work close to this Arby's so I get food from the drive-thru for my lunch sometimes. The staff have been very positive each time and it puts me in a good mood! Next time I go, I'll give them a shout out.
When I placed my order, I ordered the wrong sandwich, when I went back to the counter, they prepared the one I wanted, with no questions. He didn't even have me pay the difference in the price. Great customer service!
