Found this store to have a nice atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

This is my 2nd time getting this southwest avocado omelette because it's so good. I order extra of the cilantro lime sauce, so yummy! It was a Saturday morning so we did wait about 20 mins to be sat and 30 to eat, which is normal.

Order was partially wrong and barely warm. Didn't get toast until almost finished eating and then the correct potatoes arrived. Keep trying and each time I visit BV's it's not a worthwhile experience. Think I'm done trying.

It’s amazing that if you close at 8:00 pm that you refuse to take a carry out order at 7:40 pm. This is poor store management.

Cameron, Marcus, and Emily completely rock. Even though they were swamped with orders, they smiled and were super polite - very professional customer service that's in short supply these days. You can see the heart Marcus has for giving his customers the best service he's able. They even got my special request correct on my order!

The waitress acted like we were inconveniencing her.She was supposed to get us sweet tea to go, then never came back.When we did see her she claimed that the brewer was not working.She should have came back and informed us about this.They were not busy. She was clearly too busy being mad about something else.
Nice meal had the lemon peppered fish and coleslaw. Enjoyed.
