When a salad is ordered to go, the dressing is never to be put on. Myine was smothered. I did not get a choice to my salad my way. Also, the burger & fries that were ordered were cold. Not Luke warm but cold. Dinner was not worth the $30+. Very disappointing.

The app said my order was ready at 420. I got here at 421, and the hostess said 8 more minutes. So I went to the bar.
It took 7 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the 2 bartenders with exactly 5 other patrons sitting at the bar. I am sitting right in the middle of the 12 or so seats around the bar. The place is practically dead on a Sunday afternoon. No eye contact as in: "i see you, I'll get you." Nothing. I bartended my way through college, so I am gracious when they're busy. However, when they're just not competent or don't care, that's a different story.
Food was finally ready at 440. 20 minutes late. The hostess dropped it at the bar and mumbled a 'sorry' as she walked away.
One star for the cold beer and the Reds game, though.

Better than I remember it. The smash burgers are quite good, packed full of flavor. I'd definitely order a burger here again. The fries are okay. The tenders are nicely fried with a good crisp. The sauce all very flavorful, although all of them seemed to be on the salty side. Overall, like I mentioned, better than expected. Thanks to a great smash burger.

Corporate should be embarrassed- those poor employees in there slaving for BOGO takeout orders- overwhelming those employees like that! Terrible on steroids!

I visited a few minutes ago and stood at the front for 10 minutes while the 3 servers huddled around the computer watched. The hostess eventually exited the restroom and asked me if I wanted a table or a booth. I asked for the latter (4 were empty). Hostess informed me none were available (???). I say OK, wait at my table for a few more minutes. Nobody comes. I watch the same hostess sit the next two women into one of the empty booths and directed a server to their table before their butts were on the pleather. Their order was taken immediately. I left. Hostess watched. Awesome time, thank you. 👌

Nice staff for both in house and take out. Loud but that's their niche. How can it not be loud with 25 TVs blaring. Food is consistently good. Parking can be a headache on busy nights though.

So we're from Ohio but not this area, we came down to Dayton for the night and decided to go to here for dinner, we'll it took about 10 minutes for even someone to come take our drink order and even acknowledge that we were there. We then also decided to order, I got a " plain chicken sandwich," and my mom got a southern chicken sandwich with potato wedges. Well the drinks came out 8 minutes later, and the food took about 25 minutes, I got my chicken sandwich and looked to see if it was plain and it was not, it had sauce everywhere and pickles all on the bottom. Well turns out that it was the southern chicken sandwich. But it had fries and not potato wedges so we got a new chicken sandwich. And it took about another 15 minutes to come out. And when it came and I started eating it I found a decent size bone right inside the sandwich. Then finally our appetizer came out and the tator tots were rock hard, almost un eatable. Then my dad's food came out and it was decent at best. And at that point we were there for almost 1.5 hours so we were ready to leave. We just asked for the bill and didn't even care about the southern chicken. We asked for the bill and waited, and waited, and watched our server start handing out drinks to other people, and just look at us waiting. She didn't even care. After a little she gave us the bill, we gave her our card to pay with. And then of course the southern chicken sandwich comes out. AT THE WORST TIME POSSIBLE. anyways we got the bill and left we didn't even care anymore. Definetly won't be coming back.
