Ordered a plain chicken sandwich. Had to take it back in because it had everything on it. They then proceeded to scrape everything off of it in front of me then hand it back. I told them I wanted a new one plain. Then I was told that they have to take care of other people first before they fix their mistake. I will never be coming back to this Burger king.

Waited 55 mins for food from drive thru.

Asked for food or refund 25 mins in…(flag #1)

Told it’ll be ready when it’s ready (dude with dreads). Check on immediate disrespect (flag #2)

Asked to leave or wait OR they will call the police, after asking for a refund. (Older Caucasian assistant manager. Female).

Police arrived. We laughed. Agreed. I received food 50mins later and immediately tossed the food in the trash and picked up my order from McDonald across the street that was ready 30 mins ago. Good luck everyone!!!

There were cars honking in the drive thru due to the terrible service and long waits for extremely poorly made food. the workers were rude and gave us ripped bags and fries spilled all over the bag. worst fast food experience of my life.

Terrible service waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 2 vehicles in front of me .... I have never left the drive thru in my life except for today . The crew needs to be retrained . I will try again in a week and post another review ?

After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru just to go in and get my order I placed on app. My food was wrong. I had a kids double cheese burger with no ket. Add onion,mustard, lettuce, pickle and mayo. I received a regular Cheeseburger with mayo and pickle. Wasted ten bucks and 30 minutes of my time.

Best Burger King I have eaten at, both in cleanliness of the restraunt and the friendliness of employees. Food was freshly prepared and very quick service, making our dining experience very enjoyable. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended!

Every time I come to this restaurant the doors are locked and there are other customers inside and the employees do not open the door. This store needs serious discipline.

Ordered 2 Adam's family meals and received fries instead of onion rings and a regular shake instead of that Addams family shake. Do the employees not know what the deal is? Won’t be ordering here again for sure. There’s other Burger King‘s that are more competent.
