I took my grandkids and it was a long wait since they were very short staffed, but the manager who came from another store to fill in was trying his best to keep the orders coming. Id say he deserves recognition for stepping up when from what I heard the manager that worked earlier in the day got out as fast as she could and left him to deal with the situation. He was very apologetic.
The girl making the burgers was taking her sweet time as if it wasn't busy. The food was not hot because she was letting it sit as she moved like a turtle.

The cashier was nice. Our food did not take to long to come up. But the food could have been hotter i ordered no salt fries they still put salt on them. It was fast food what else to expect.

This location only had 3 people working at like 8pm and only 1 making food and I waiting almost an hour for my food inside cause I thought it would be quicker

Well , I have to say I don't know what you're doing lately , but you're doing it right. I've lived in Englewood for years. Today, was the best service I ever experienced here at the Englewood location. Went through the drive through around one o'clock And it was very busy. Thought I'd have to wait a long time as usual. I had the most friendly customer service, The food was hot and fast. Keep on doing what you're doing. I was very impressed today as a regular customer.

Literally every time, specifically for breakfast, we go at least half the food is cold . Stopped this morning for a mobile order, got there 7 minutes after placing order (app said 5-7 minutes). Still waited 6 minutes at the window (not a big deal on waiting) but then BOTH our croissant sandwiches were cold- I mean the “bun” on one of them felt half frozen- but the French toast sticks were burning hot?! The last time we went we got an eggnormous burrito, and it was half cold too. Gave it more than one chance, but I’m not paying these ridiculous prices to receive cold food.

Ordered a plain chicken sandwich. Had to take it back in because it had everything on it. They then proceeded to scrape everything off of it in front of me then hand it back. I told them I wanted a new one plain. Then I was told that they have to take care of other people first before they fix their mistake. I will never be coming back to this Burger king.

Haven't been to bk in forever but I'm pretty sure shoving all the mozzarella fries into a container In a big mushed up pile is not quality and burnt pickle fries aren't either but what do I know??
