I took my grandkids and it was a long wait since they were very short staffed, but the manager who came from another store to fill in was trying his best to keep the orders coming. Id say he deserves recognition for stepping up when from what I heard the manager that worked earlier in the day got out as fast as she could and left him to deal with the situation. He was very apologetic.

Well , I have to say I don't know what you're doing lately , but you're doing it right. I've lived in Englewood for years. Today, was the best service I ever experienced here at the Englewood location. Went through the drive through around one o'clock And it was very busy. Thought I'd have to wait a long time as usual.
