Normally the Englewood location is consistently on point with a 5 star rating on all levels. But this time I didnt 't receive pie cut slices and did not have enough sauce for an extra sauce pizza and lacked the usual for extra cheese requested. However, the Manager was Great in making me whole with no hassle. I consider this experience a one-time thing. Still my favorite location.
We haven't ordered from Englewood Donatos in quite a while. It used to be good, and then sometimes it was very late/long delivery, food cold and half burnt. BUT today was EXCELLENT!! I got my favorite Margarita pizza from them, it was HOT, DELICIOUS and the delivery was FAST! Keep this up and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again! FIVE STARS TODAY FOR SURE!
Second time I've ordered mariachi spice on my founders favorite and they didn't put it on. Was good but the mariachi takes it to the next level. Need to read the ticket so customers get what they order.
