Terrible customer service. Almost everytime I come through they are rushing to take orders and get something wrong. I usually just let it go and dont say anything. When i ordered today i went through the drive-through and ordered the exact drink I always get and they gave me something completely different and yelled it me when I told them, and said if I wanted something different I would have to pay. After telling them that was not acceptable they made me another drink which was again not what I asked and slammed the window without giving me all the food I ordered. At the end of the day its just coffee, but businesses that run this way and think it is ok should hold responsibility for their actions. Do better.

What is up with Dunkin? The service has been so bad these last few months. Today the drive-through is back up to the road and you can’t order inside. I try and make a mobile order and it says this location is closed. People are walking in and walking out with drinks in their hands. The last few times I have gone the drinks are always incorrect. Why is the service so bad? Today was my last time ordering here.

Since Kera left this place is beyond terrible now. I did a mobile order today and was the only one that was in the line for a refresher which is my usual and still had to wait at the third window??? Then i get my drink and it's foamy and absolutely disgusting.

Take forever to even order, customer service is terrible, and the food is awful. Used to come every day i am not sure what changes this team made but it was not a smart financial decision.
This is the 3rd time we have visited this location, and every time they have been super slow compared to more local Dunkins. Also, I had to go back in after receiving my order through the drive thru window to have them put caramel in my wife's caramel latte.
Service is always good and quick! Always a satisfying visit.

I was at this location this morning about 5:45am and order a 10 pack of the donuts hole to 3 . 5 glazed,5 jelly and 3 chocolate a and got 8 chocolate and 5 jelly very disappointed had to throw away .☹️

Lazy second shift employees always trying to pull you to 3rd window without giving you any food or drink. Had a major attitude when i declined to pull to the third window slammed the service door in my face. Asked for a manager or a shift leader and was met with unprofessionalism.
The reason i decline to pull to another window was, i was the only one in the entire parking lot and i have been forgotten about for 15+ mimutes before while at the third window while they play on their phones. Will be contacting coorperate and letting them know that this location spoofs time and treats customers poorly.
