Food did not come out at the same time which made it awkward. There was about a 10 minute span between when I received my food and the others received their entrees. We are considering this a one off because we have patronized El Rancho for years and the service and food is normally outstanding.
Food was great waitress was very busy so it was hard for her be as tentative as we'd hope for and there was a table of extremely obnoxious people so it kinda took away from it a little bit but overall great establishment beautiful decorations and friendly staff

Something is extremely wrong with their water taste horrible
Went there Monday afternoon. Waiter totally messed up our order. And, we didn’t get the 25% discount on the cheese dip. The wait staff knew very little English and we had to give up explaining what they did wrong with our order. We will never go back.

The staff was friendly but barely understood English. Did not communicate well. So we didn't get what we wanted when we ordered. This has happened more than once that we've visited this particular restaurant. Which is upsetting because I believe it's just a communication gap. Otherwise, it would be a great restaurant. The only other thing I would complain about is the taste of the salsa

What a gourmet gem!! We were completely surprised by the beautiful atmosphere and the spectacular food and service. I brought my Mom here for her birthday and they went above and beyond to give her a special experience. We definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return as often as possible.
