Came in at 9:02 pm for a sub, walked to counter and the kid said they were closed. Place was empty, but lights on and door open. Hours posted on google say they open til 10. How about updating your hours and locking your door?

I used to tell everyone how good Firehouse was. I'm not so sure now. As we are walking to the door, everyone working is outside, while customers are inside. They're more worried about taking a smoke break. After a huff and eye roll, one worker returns inside to take our order with a side of attitude, only to repeatedly ask us what cheese, and if we wanted the pickle (always). While we waited, another customer comes in. She stops making our order to take hers. After taking her payment, she goes outside to find some help. After a few minutes, everyone goes back to work, except the huffy one, who leans against the back counter. Get home, and once again, no pickle, and ingredients on two of the three subs are incorrect, even though it is correct on the receipt. Not sure we'll be back..
