Firehouse Subs Englewood Gateway Center

Never coming here again. Walked in to an empty restaurant aside from the dude behind the counter wearing headphones around his neck who couldn’t be bothered to take my order or even look at me while the lady who came out the bathroom asked if I had my order taken and I said no so she then disappeared to the back. So I left. Looks like they’re not up to the task of addressing these issues with their employees and the piss poor service they offer.

Went for a late lunch. Parking was easy and adequate. Staff was friendly, sub (Engineer) was really good. However, the bathroom and ding area needed to be cleaned.

Ive eaten here maybe 15 times since it opened. They have never made my sandwich correctly. Not even once. I used to bring it back and have them remake it until i decided it wasnt worth the time it took to have them make a sandwich and then remake it again. I havent been here in over a year now. Today i decided to give them another chance, once again a simple instruction of "no peppercorn ranch" was too difficult of a task. This was my final attempt here. Jersey mikes down the road has never messed up my order, ever. Such a shame..

Love Firehouse but not this location anymore. I wonder what our world has come too when employees can walk around with a backpack and huge headphones on while at work. Same guy thinks it's okay to touch everything but it's okay because he has gloves on. You have to change your gloves when you touch anything else besides food, even your nasty headphones. No ice. No water. No motivation. The 2 girls working here were okay. They can be so much more productive by themselves. Oh now he's outside smoking a blunt. Perfect. Good luck with this location.

We ordered here tonight and they got everything wrong and was missing one sub were at work can’t go anywhere had to get door dash never again.and I get from fire house n Huber all the time never had any problems ever .. we was supposed to have 5 subs and a chilly we got 4 and a small instead.I’m done how do u mess up everything my sub was so dry lol oh door dash was late go figure…

I love firehouse but usually go to the UD location. This was a big order and it was correct but they over sauced everything and I mean grotesquely over sauced it to the point that sauce was falling out the sides and so was all the sandwich insides. I couldn’t even eat it. Which sucks especially after spending almost $80- and I tried to use a 50% off email but it wouldn’t work and the store “couldn’t” honor it. I was willing to pay though for firehouse.., I just didn’t get the firehouse I’m used to getting. We’ll see if they actually follow up about the discount as promised.

Firehouse Subs is one of my favorite places to eat. I do not have one around me so occasionally I will stop by this location because it’s the closest one around 45 min away. I stopped by today to a line waiting to order and a worker wearing his headphones simply ignoring the line and instead listening to his music. When another worker came to take the lines order he took one side of his headphones off and told the other worker to return to there station. I simply walked out. My last few experiences here have not been great. Will look elsewhere to grab my sub from now on.

Don't waste your time. The store looks nice, but employees simply ignore you when you're waiting to order & even then, you have to wait 20 minutes for a singular small sub. Even after this, my sandwich comes to me soggy & with hardly anything on it. If you can't even make a simple Italian sub, don't call yourself a sandwich shop.

Y’all forgot my mac & cheese and it took Forever. That six dollar mac & cheese may not be mean much to most but I work for my money. Unprofessional place will not be coming back

Something was going on there the day we went that we've never experienced there before...orders were taking nearly an hour. A man checked his order before he left and slammed it back o
n the counter and demanded a refund. Then our order took almost an hour but luckily was correct. Whew!

Dont know what happened to location. I used to brag about their sandwiches. They got my order wrong so had to redo. I understand mistakes happen but what I got was a sandwich w toppings partially spread on sandwich, missing mustard and onions, and sparse mayo. My 'bowl' of soup actually measured out to little more than a cup. All this for $25. Definitely not worth it. They need to take another look at the quality of their work.
