For the first time in my life, I walked through the doors of fire house, which is not typically my go to, but it was a different day a good day to explore. So we did, closed our eyes and chose the “turkey jerk sub”. Wow! It was life-changing I have not been the same person since. Simply exquisite it is a must have. I didn’t wanna take pictures. I didn’t want to do it like that because that was consumed in less than five minutes it was that good! Not a morsel left in sight, so much as a pickles sphere ?

We typically have lots of problems here with them getting our food right and ready on time but the manager that works during lunch was awesome and he made things right! thank you!

I ordered my food online at 6:30pm on 1-29-24 and had it scheduled to be ready and picked up at their latest time at 8:35pm because they close at 9pm. When I arrived at 8:30pm to pick up my food, my food was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for hours. When I asked the lady at the counter she told me they made the order when they online order came in despite it saying to wait to make it later and have it ready by 8:35pm. When I asked her to make me a fresh sub, she declined stating I would have to pay for a fresh sandwich since technically there is nothing wrong with the one I have even though they cooked it 2 hours before I even had it scheduled to pick it up. So I was stuck with a old 2 hour sub and needless to say I was very dissatisfied with my meal. Poor customer service with no urgency to help make things right.

I visited this location on 12-31-23. Now I had not been here for about a year or so because the sandwiches were nit all that great. But today I wanted to give it another shot. I ordered the hooks and ladder I think it was called with ham and turkey. I asked for an extra pickle as well. I waited a out 8-9 minutes as they were making another lady's sandwich that was ahead of me. Employees seemed nice and thanked me and I want to say the manager said Happy New Year and I said the same. My spending of 8 plus dollars for their version of a medium sub, no way not for what you get. I know things have gone up but it seems when the prices went up the quantity and quality went down. I won't pay that much for something like this, I could of went to Subway and got more meat and toppings. It's just another reminder that I can see those businesses that will end up closing. I tried again but I see why it was a year since I had purchased their sandwich.

While enjoying a sandwich with my coworker on our lunch break, an employee approached us and told us we had to leave because we had ordered the food to go. He said it was going to cost them labor expenses (WIPING OFF ONE TABLE). We felt completely disrespected by his tone and were very caught off guard. I have never been asked to leave an establishment mid-bite. We paid $35 for two sandwiches and were asked to take our food outside. Furthermore, it was slow and the vibe of the restaurant felt like a morgue. I will never go back here again and make sure my coworkers don’t either. As someone who is a part of a business just moving to the area, it was very discouraging to see the lack of hospitality at this location.

Worst customer service ever. Actually appalling. They told me to leave while I was eating my deli meat sandwich (that was very expensive) because I had ordered it to go??? I felt like I was being punked but the dude was being serious.

Normally pleased but this visit left me questioning their training/implementation of sanitary practices. I walked in and the employee behind the sandwich assembly area is openly chewing her fingernail. The employee who rang me up had very unkempt hair and an old fraying bandage on his finger that looked like it could easily fall off, and he was the one eventually bagging and handing me the sandwich. I did not pay attention but I assume he put gloves on after ringing me up (as I saw another employee properly put on gloves). Regardless, the unsanitary experience grossed me out and I threw the sandwich away when I got home. I could not eat it after seeing that.
