Every time I try to order online. It's says I'm not in the area but this is the store I always order from. So, I end up calling for delivery. The last 2 times for delivery, I'm either missing something or it's not correct. My turkey hoggie was ham & this is the second time my steak salad has not had fries, this time no cheese either. The lady said I need to order from West Milton, I told her I always order from Englewood. She did give me a credit for the mistake. But I might just try the West Milton store. I would have rather had them remake my food and make it right. Last time the forgot my 2 liter. I think it really just depends who is working.

Will turn off online ordering when they don't feel like doing their job. And on several occasions my husband and I have seen the managers and owners arguing in front of customers. Very unprofessional!

Pickle cheesy bread is good the wings are chewy and tough and the flat to drum ratio was bad 6 drums 2 flats. The lady that cashed me out didn't seem enthusiastic at all. 5/10

Excellent service! All specials and menu items were thoroughly explained in a quick and efficient way. The food was fresh and hot, the portion size bigger than expected,( not that I'm complaining) and the price was decent especially considering the portion size.There appeared to be more than enough staff,(which means less of a wait which I personally appreciate), all busy with tasks, making small talk as they passed each other or worked together. They seemed to enjoy their job, which means that the working environment is an overall positive one. The lack of a 5 star on the food was for two reasons. First, the tomato dipping sauce tasted more like tomato paste with the same consistency. Secondly, there was a lack of favor in the food.

I tried Fox’s for the first time and all I can say is “Wow”, we had the deluxe pizza, traditional wings with bbq and sweet chili along with onion rings. The food was phenomenal and the pizza sauce is probably some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I definitely recommend this wonderful place and the service was fast and friendly. We will be back many more times in the future. Well done Fox’s! I’m a fan!

The issue I had was with the actual food, it looked good and pretty when I opened the box up but when I started to eat I realized something was off. The dough for the top of the calzone was cooked all the way through but the dough inside was not done. At first I thought it was cheese because it was SOOO much dough that had been undercooked but it’s most definitely NOT cheese. I decided to ignore the bad reviews and order here because I didn’t see them say anything about the calzones but…..🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Every time I order food here, I am disappointed. Not only is the food not good, but the establishment is unclean and unsanitary. I never see the employees handling the food wearing gloves. The delivery time is outrageous and it usually takes longer than estimated. Some of the workers are nice, but others do not want to be there and their service reflects that. When I come in to wait for my order, occasionally I'll see the workers purposely ignore the phone. The business and management is an absolute mess and I don't see it staying open for much longer. I hope to see improvements, but I am not hopeful.
I love the place they are also kind, good food great service and the atmosphere is well comfortable.
