Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The food Is always pretty good. But this is a new store and it looks like a mess. It hasn’t even been open for a year. I’ve opened so many businesses in fast food as a young adult and this place absolutely sucks. It wasn’t even busy and the service was sad.

Came in was the only person in line and no one in drive thru wait almost ten minutes before my order was taken and the inside of the place looked like it's never been cleaned at all tables, floors,trash cans and counters just disgusting

My onion rings was nothing but dirty nasty grease. The onion ring bag was full of grease. There was a large puddle of grease in the bottom on thr OR bag
The rings were so full of grease they couldnt be eaten. I wish I could post my photos. This was my 2nd visit. This place needs to train their cooks on how to cook.

We got in the drive through line at 10:12 last night and stayed in that line just to get up to the speaker and they say that they are closed. They should’ve had someone come out the building and look at the line to determine their cutoff, as well as inform the customers who have waited that they will not be able to order. It is NOT the customers fault that they are slow and can’t handle their orders. Do better, especially as a new establishment.

I got the double with cheese combo and it was amazing!!! One of the best burgers I have ever had. I will be super sad if the quality falls off because I might just have found my favorite burger joint.

It was my husband and I first time ever going and trying Freddy’s. The wait for the food wasn’t bad but the food was UNDERCOOKED. My burger was bright red even though technically I ordered a crispy chicken club sandwich (which I never got)… idk how you mess up an order when it was only 2 sandwich’s, fries, and drinks. Also the lady originally ringed up our card for the wrong order. My husband being kind enough to pay for the person behind us plus our food. Undercooked food is a HUGE no no for me I will NOT be returning.

They fired my friend named Jasmine and she a good worker. I known her since we was kids. They fired her for no reason also the food is gross. I spent $40 for me and my 3 boys. The sandwich was dry and bland. Fries were cold never again will I come to this establishment. Y’all should do the same. Y’all are pathetic just close down already ?

For being a brand new location, it was pretty dirty inside and there were flies everywhere. Couldn't even sit in a booth because it was covered in flies.

Every time I order food there, it's a 30-40 minutes wait. Whether it's via drive-thru, ordering in person or even their app (which only recently started working!)

Great food...horrible service.
