You run about a 50/50 chance of getting good food, a nice server, and a quick meal. Some of the help is outstanding, and some are not pleasant at all. The food is about half a chance it will be right and what you ordered and hot. It is like the lottery for us if we go and everything is good, we feel like we won the big one.

"It slipped my mind" famous last words. Well your tip "slipped my mind". Ordered Big Boy, offered Roast Beef Dinner. Ordered pumpkin pie, waited, the waitress asked "what pie did you order?", but magically it was ready when I checked out. Requested pie be removed from my bill. Asked to see my bill and she said that she had to remove the pie. Never got to see my bill, but she was still going to charge me for the pie that "slipped my mind " if I hadn't asked to see my bill. Every time there is an issue here. Management doesn't care. Already been down that road several years ago. Save your "canned response". And you can't follow directions by posting a "canned reply"....
It was good for fast food, the only complaint I had was, I ordered a milk shake but didn’t get that at first, I had to tell the cashier what I ordered and what I got instead. It got resolved in a calm matter. I’ll come back again.

1st time eating here just got the pretzel sticks with cheese. Pretzels were hard, couldn't chew them without fear of losing a tooth. The cheese was nothing special just the cheap kind u would get at a kid's baseball concession stand. Seems impossible anymore to get soft pretzels and a good cheese dipping sauce.
