I dined at this location a few times and it's always pleasant experience. The staff has been nice when I carried out (thanks Maddie) and just as nice in the dining area. Sam who seated me and Colin who waited on me were both personable and attentive checking to ensure that I was satisfied with my meal (the breakfast bar) while they helped others and cleaned quietly. I made sure that I told the manager(Dan) of the great service I received and that I would be return often.

Frisch's in Englewood Ohio is a real joy to visit. We have a church group of about 18 people that visit 8 to 10 times per year. They have always taken good care of us with joy and precision.Or good comes out quickly and hot. Any mistakes are taken care of immediately without complaint. Ashley H at this Frisch's Big Boy is a 5 star waitress. Our daughter was crying at the table, ad she made her smile. She was on top of the tables she had. Never once did we have to ask for a drink. I will be, and recommend other's ask for her when you visit this location. You can't go wrong with the other waitresses either. Stopped in on a road trip wanted to find a place we didn't have locally. Ashley took amazing care of us and made the experience so much better.Ask to have Ashley take care of you. You won't be disappointed. She was very attentive and made sure everything was right at the right times!Would recommend and would go back if we're ever in the area.
