I know I rated this a 5 star so keep in mind that this is a Hot Heads restaurant. I am normally a Chipotle boy, but the Englewood one is in such shambles that I refuse to go there. That lead me to the Englewood Hot Heads and I am so glad it did! As far as Hot Heads goes this one is something different. The food in there you can tell just has more care when being made. It is fresh, tastes good and they are fairly generous with the portion size that they server here. It's not like they really give it to you, but I have always been happy and never have felt gypped out when they are filling my bowl or burrito up. I think this is such a good one because the owner is in there working everyday and knows what is going on and seems to give off the vibes that she cares. You can tell that she wants the food to taste good and it absolutely does. I also have noticed that this place really goes against the sad more recent Englewood trend of just having terrible employees that are lazy, not on it and just don't care when working. That is not the case here, the employees that they have are on it, fast and attentive when you are speaking to them. I would assume this also has to do with the owner working in there along side of them, but what ever the case is it is working. I really hope that other places catch on to what is going on at this restaurant, because again even though this is a hot heads they are doing it right and it tastes way better than pretty much all of the other hot heads I have been to.

They wanted to charge .60 for any sauces on the side per cup. That's extremely greedy. It's ridiculous actually. Some people as myself like my sauces on the side due to reheating. You mean to tell me you want to charge for what already is included in the bowl price??? Granted, if I'm asking for 3 extra cups.. yes! Charge.. but not wanting it on my bowl and asking for a side is beyond highway robbery.. Then the little amount of chicken was bizarre... They gave a half of scoop its like I had chicken scrapped from a burning grill, little bitty fine burnt pieces. One of the employees was so nonchalant with POOR HOSPITALITY... lack people skills.. my 1st time EVER being this upset with a hot head... Kettering or Brown St WOULD NEVER.....

The lady making the food is icy cold and fairly mean and impatient. This is my 2nd encounter with this lady that should not be in customer service. Sorry to have bothered you lady.On the other hand, the lady at the register, Linda, could not have been nicer and a joy to talk with. Probably will not be back.

Sometime between 4 and 4:30 p.m. on March 26,2024, I was in line behind a woman who was being helped. The person helping her was a young man with a beanie hat on. When she was done, she walked away and so did he. I walked up to the counter, two steps away from where I was, I had to say hello as he walked away from me and started working on food, acting like I didn't exist. There was a girl already making food next to him, now and she had to stop everything she was doing to come help me. (Thank you, by the way). And other than myself and the two employees, there were two people at a table. It wasn't busy, I was the one and only customer.Say hello to your customers, acknowledge them, don't scurry away, most of us don't bite, we just want to spend our hard earned money. Do better, guy.

Whoever the actual store manager is been there for years. She isn’t nice lol but ERICK?! Spell check. I keep going back because I love the food but I am anxious going in unknowing what service I’m going to get but one of the Manager’s Erick? He is so nice and amazing. I’m a store manager myself and I could tell he was a manager and he should be the store manager. He’s friendly and helpful and he made my night when I went in yesterday.

Can't order online and no one answers the phone. We can't get anyone to take our order. Hadn't eaten there in a while because they kept messing up and was willing to try again and went to all the trouble of adding 6 orders to online and can't even check. out! Super frustrated. How can you even have business and operate this way!

The reason my family and friends will NOT be returning to this location is because of STEPHANIE!! She is thee rudest manager Ive EVER experienced in my 39 years of living. She has the worst attitude of any woman Ive ever met!!! She does not smile, speak, greet, or even thank her customers in the store. I came into this Englewood location and simply asked if they were out of anything before I started my order. Her response to that question was "Not while Im here it aint nuthn out." That is such a rude, ghetto and classless response to a customer.I then paid for 2 orders of the build your own nachos and she literally gave me a half of teaspoon full of meat, queso and cheese, and then when I asked for more she huffs and puffs and says thats $3.50 extra. I agreed, expecting to get an abundance more added to my food and NOPE! This evil woman gives me only a half spoonful more. If I am paying $3.50 extra for each topping, I expect to get a decent amount added. This location has been going into the ground since shes been the manager and I am going to tell everyone I know NOT to go to this location so that they can avoid such an evil lady, and me and my family will NOT be returning until STEPHANIE is fired!!!

Don't order online, go in person! They scam your double chicken and put half a scoop, the same with cheese. I paid $30 and didn't get my order.
