I was giving cool an old food so I ask for sum fresh food an was given old food again that was placed in the microwave very poor customer service bad service

Came through the drive thru at Englewood location 12 year old on the window with the bull ring in her nose was rude and dismissive...all wanted was one damn chicken breast?...I will not be back

The lady at the front seems to be upset angry, no customer service no greetings no hello and it’s like that every time we go! I asked for hot spice she gave me 4 and we bought a family size pack so no that wasn’t enough.Maybe she should look into other jobs but the other young man in the back has manners, is curious, friendly! You all should give him a raise from upset lady pay and tell her thanks for her services.

That automated voice you order from is terrible, the feedback when asking about if it got your enire order (as its not stated on a screen when ordering) is less than friendly. It is almost like they are sick of the automated ordering system themselves.

Served old chicken at 6pm Got 4 pieces of white that wasn't chewable. Very dry. Watch out for serving lunch for dinner folks. They're trying to save money.

Terrible service at the Englewood store, the manager there was a older gentleman who definitely was rude and smelled of cigarettes when I picked up my order it was cold,old and the wedges were drowned in old grease and the food smelled like cigarettes.. I’ll never go to this location again and i wouldn’t recommend you do so!

Love Lee's special's. Wings with wedges and Wednesday. Great chicken for good price!

Three times better then the KFC,the is great, stopped for lunch,my go to for chicken.

Order 1- 2pc chicken.very small leg and thigh.
Order 2- 3pcchicken. Only received 2pcs. Again very small.Mac&cheese was all dried out and cold.

I've left a bad review at this location and since they have improved so much. Only thought is was right to leave an update. Not sure exactly when things turned around there but I've been back quite a few times and the service & food have been nothing but excellent every time. I'm glad I didn't give up on Lee's in Englewood. Thanks y'all

I always choose chicken livers. Only once have they been good the rest of the times they're either dried up or burned. I'm almost ready to stop going there to get chicken livers.

We enjoyed a very nice dinner at Lee’s this evening. I had a Buckeye Box (chicken strips and potato wedges) plus a side of coleslaw, everything was fresh and hot. The restaurant was immaculate, all tables were clean, no crumbs or trash on the floor. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I am leaving this review in part because I witnessed a customer treat the staff horribly this evening. Nothing they did was to her satisfaction, she complained about the prices, complained about the food, called the manager racist when the manager was nothing but polite and helpful. The poor young girl at the counter was visibly shaken by this belligerent customer. I truly believe the woman was just trying to shake them down into giving her free food. People really need to check themselves.

But as far as we were concerned, this Lee’s is on top of their game.
