On March 6, 2005 we ordered breakfast. It took 20 minutes; employees were under-staffed and over-worked. It was the same temperature inside, as outside - 34 degrees. We ate indoors and the seats were like sitting on a concrete bench. Turn on the heat and take better care of your employees!

Paytience

Waited 38 minutes on a DoorDash for 2 cookies, the rest of the food was done long before. The workers was scratching their heads, rubbing noses, playing on phones, not once washed their hands all while they were handling y’all’s food. 10/10 would rather drive a thousand miles away to a different McDonalds then eat here!!

Check your order. In the last month, my order has been wrong and missing items twice. First time, I called, no one picked up, the voicemail said to leave a message, their inbox was full. Sent a message to corporate to see if they could credit the missing items, they said they sent a message to the store manager to contact me. Didn't hear back and my case was closed because I hadn't responded within 48 hours since I was waiting on a callback. Had missing items again today. Called and they said I’d have to bring the food back for a partial refund. I’m not sure what that would prove. This is a corporation with over $200 billion dollars and they operate on the suspicion that people are trying to bankrupt them with a $3.50 refund. I only eat here because its one of the few places I can afford and they instead are stealing from me. Make it make sense.

Management stood and talked about personal life while order was done for 10 minutes. Did not acknowledge I was there. Then rudely asked what I was waiting on. I pointed and said..the order there that is ready. I told her it had been done. She proceeded to tell me that I don't have to except orders from her McDonald's. I am a Doordasher... I get it, some restaurants don't like us. BUT this was so very unexceptable coming from "management "
