I have ordered using the app for over a year. I usually use the 99 cent coupon to get an iced coffee order. Ahead of time and have it at the drive through window. For some reason it has been changed and uh, now I can't order ahead of time.It only allows me to order ahead.Of time and have it at the mobile counter, not the drive through and also the app was not working today

12/30/24 Went through drive thru at 9ish pm. Ordered, when I corrected an item on screen the person huffed at me. Got to the window to get order not a word was said. Guy had really long hair to which I found inside my coffee when I got home. I'm done with these restaurants and their disrespect. I'll keep my money. And since when is E rated music allowed to be played at a McDonald's? Customers can hear ya know and so can their children.
