I'll stop by here on my way to work early in the morning for a breakfast sandwich and a Passion Papaya Green tea. The food is always nice and hot, I've never had a problem with my order, and I really love the tea. I kind of wished they sold it by half gallons, etc because I would buy that. I haven't had a chance to really stay in the dining area but it feels pretty spacious. The workers are also always friendly 10/10 service.

The coffee tastes bad in this Panera. They should install a coffee machine like some of other Paneras do. Here when I go coffee pot is often empty. Even when they do, coffee is often not hot enough.

I've been coming here pretty much every day for at least 3 years but recently stopped going because every single time I go the coffee is trash! It tastes absolutely disgusting I'm not sure what they're doing to make it taste like that. I'm assuming they just don't clean anything.. The ice dispenser had mold in it and all of the soft drinks have an off taste. I ordered a smoothie and it was handed to me literally completely melted. Would not recommend going here for any beverage at all.

If you pass a Panera in the way to work, do the sip club. Your are saving the price of your large coffee or tea x 15 work days a month. Dark roast is excellent!

Panera used to be my “go to” place. I love the strawberry poppyseed salad. However, I won’t be spending my money on it anymore. My salad only had 3 hunks of old strawberry- not even chopped up, the pineapple pieces were pieces of core & a lot of the lettuce was brown (& is not longer made with romaine). The mac & cheese was lukewarm and lumpy, not creamy. I could pick up almost the whole serving out of the bowl with my spoon. The tables were sticky & seats were dirty. I am so disappointed.

I had the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken. It was horrible! White ice berg tasteless lettuce, soggy from mushy manderine oranges. I loved this salad last year.. It didn't taste this nasty. So mushy I couldn't finish eating it. And some of the salad was spilled in the bottom of the bag... just sloppy. I want my money back. This was a total waste of time and money. I expect better from Panera..
WHEN will food business understand you can NOT leave a business unattended with only young ppl. Had to wait for service, had to wait for them to brew coffee, staff wasn't very friendly.. Then had no half and half creamer, so she brought out the jug with milk all over the handle and handed it to me. Unreal. Won't be here again..and could use a good cleaning as well!!!

My last 2 orders were picked up at the window. First order: end of day, salads didn't taste as good as I remembered. I was disappointed. But the order taker was kind and gracious. Second order: midday, only ordered a cookie and Pomegranate specialty drink. Honest to goodness it tasted like water. Again disappointed. Delivery man was kind and thoughtful.

Had the new croissant toast. Marque something. It was good. Reminded me of a Texas toast, just a little thinner. Tomato soup is always the bomb with the baguette. I managed to run past the pastries on my way out.
