Waitress at the counter needs more training. She didn't smile, acted as though she did not want to wait on me, chicken salad is back. The location at the Green was nicer.

Ordered the new walnut chicken salad sandwich and how embarrassing to call this even a sandwich… I was questioning how light it was and was thinking did I even order food. I see why. Basically bread and lettuce with a hint of chicken salad. Hmmmmm cheap or lazy I don’t know but pretty expensive lunch if you ask me… definitely doesn’t remotely look at all like the picture advertised.

Soup is like cheap gravy. Gross. Panera soup used to be good :/

We stopped during a cross-country trip. The store was clean and the staff was courteous. Our order was prompt, as ordered, and delicious.

This is not my first time that I have ordered my breakfast atleast a week in advance to pull up to the drive thru And be told "we sold out sorry" this is a reccuring issue with this location. I am very disappointed.

whoever is working the front counter, a small angry lady, is extremely unprofessional and rude. would definitely be replacing that woman rather quickly. or move her to the back where she won’t be around others, as her mood is extremely off putting.

I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The flavor was good and similar to other Panera Bread locations. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian options but I do not believe the are many options for soup just tomato or squash. No vegan options for soup.

Dietary restrictions: They have options for pretty much any diet.

Parking: There are a limited number of parking spots near the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: There are kid options on the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible but is on the smaller side and may not be quite comfortable to get around.

Ordered iced coffee and a pastry by phone. Rather slow service. I dumped the drink it was so bad. I drink ice coffee at lots of paneras as I travel and it’s the first to be dumped. Atmosphere was as expected.

This location just continues to provide poor service! I am officially done with them for good! Placed online order at 553pm. Was told order was ready at 556pm. Arrived at store to pick up at 605pm. After sitting in pickup line for 10 min, they informed me that they were out of the bread for my sandwich. 20 minutes later they bring me the sandwich from my order. Missing 2 items. I ordered soups and sandwiches, no napkins, no spoons, food was cold! Ughhhhh never again!!! ?
