called ahead for order, added to it when arrived at store, sat to wait, watched the manager and staff talk to each other like they were on a break. when my order was done, one worker proceeded to open up the salad dressing and put it on my salad. When I saw what she was doing I stood up and told her please don't do that. The manager also corrected the worker and told her they don't do that. They offered to make me a new salad and that it would take 10 minutes (I had already waited 10 minutes for the first salad) and I told them that's fine but that I also want the salad that the mistake was made on. That was abruptly and rudely shut down, along with all the reasons they couldn't do that. Good customer service and common courtesy would have just given me the salad as well as the corrected salad (which I already paid for). I got louder and louder and insisted that the right thing to do would be to give me the mistake salad for free while I wait on the new order. But the manager was not willing to do that and was very rude about it as well. It is human to make mistakes, but when mistakes are made because you are talking and chatting instead of focusing on what you're doing, that is not ok, and for my inconvenience, they should have given me the mistake salad for free.

We were in town visiting family. Stopped by to grab subs and cookies. OMG the cookies were amazing and the subs even better. Can’t wait to be back in Dayton, Ohio so I can grab another sub!!

The staff was amazing in all aspects of customer service. Felt like we were at a restaurant! Food served to the table, multiple checks to see how our food was, and even free cookies offered not once, but TWICE! The manager was interactive and attentive, leading the crew like a captain leads their cadets. Clean bathrooms and dining area. Not to mention the portion sizes were ACTUALLY THE SIZE YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU ORDER A LARGE FRY!! Will not be going to any other location from now on.

Usually I love Penn Station, so when I needed to to to the UPS store next door to this location I thought it was the perfect time. I walked in and up to the counter where I was ignored. After a minute a lady turned around and asked if I was placing an order, I said yes. She told me to step down to the register where you normally pay to order. Someone was being helped so I stood back and waited my turn. That’s when I saw it. The lady taking the sandwiches off the grill and adding lettuce, tomato, and onion was not wearing gloves! She was also assembling cold sandwiches, as well as wrapping and cutting all sandwiches. She is the last person to have contact with the food, she is the first person who should be wearing gloves! I left. I’ll eat elsewhere.

I visit the Penn Station in Englewood Ohio regularly. The food is incredible, and the staff are amazing!

The Fries were awful. Horribly dry and burned. You guys need to do better. Cheesesteak was disgusting. Oily and greasy. Cookie was hard and tasted old. The drink was the only thing that was good. I definitely recommend jersey mikes. Their sandwiches are hands down the best, and their store and bathrooms are way cleaner. Also their employees are all very very nice. You guys need to do better penn station!! Your food is gross. I wasted $40 on this place!! Not anymore will I waste a dime on you guys. Jersey mikes for the win 🏆

we got our food pretty quick. We don't have much wait. Their Italian sub tastes really good and can't really beat their fresh cut fries and the fresh squezzed lemonade. Plus those chocolate cookies are to die for!

Joke of a business order my meal get to pay us $35 I hand them a $50 bill they say oh we can't take this I said are you kidding me they said no our policy is we can't take 50s or hundreds I said the bill is $35 $15 change you don't have that they said the store manager says we can't take 50s or hundreds because of counterfeit I said have you guys ever heard of a money marker to check the money????

The subs were amazing. The fries were made from fresh potatoes, and the staff were super sweet. If we lived closer we would definitely be back.

Parking: Parking is tight but completely doable.

I've been to quite a few chains in my past and this one is my favorite. They ALWAYS have your pickup order ready regardless of how short notice they have, and they drop the fries as soon as you get there for peak freshness ?

Whoever their HR person and trainer is, they deserve a raise. No matter which crew I've seen there, their service has always been tops.
