Watch out for this place , I went there with my two kids and myself . I ordered the eggs Benedict plate , my son got a waffle with bacon and a kids root beer to drink . My daughter ate the side of fruit that came with my plate and ordered a waffle for her to try with a kids root beer . I drank coffee and a water . The bill came out and it was 51 dollars . Not knowing that a kids waffle “ I thought “ was a kids waffle cost 11.49 each ! Who in their right mind would charge someone 11:49 for a single waffle . This place is a ripoff and I will never return . The service was nice , but that’s not enough to come back and pay 11:49 for a freaking waffle , I don’t care if it’s a “Belgium “ waffle made of gold . Places like this will go out of business as the cost of everything continues to rise . Last I feel that as the food was ordered the waitress could have suggested a different waffle for my children to eat for breakfast if they had one . A few things probably could have been different to make this experience better but I still do not think it would have changed the price much either . It’s sad that I can’t go out any enjoy breakfast with my kids anymore because of the cost . I could feed 5 people for 50 dollars at home so I guess that’s what I will do from here on out . Thanks again Perkins for ruining my Saturday morning .

There was a dead insect on my plate next to my pancakes. The waitress removed it with her finger and asked if I would like some more pancakes. Then, as I was eating my eggs, I noticed egg shells throughout my eggs. The waitress asked, “ What would you like me to do? Would you like some new eggs?” My reply was, “Yes”. Of course I wanted some new eggs. The manager never acknowledged, or mentioned anything regarding the situation. At the register, when asked how my meal was, I explained the situation to the manger and the manager said, “Oh that was you” with no apology or offer to comp that portion of the meal. I was in disbelief!! She offered to take off 20% but I already had a 20% off coupon. At that point, after 2 errors, any other establishment would have considered taking care of that portion of the bill. I am a frequent customer of Perkins however, today I was very displeased with my experience.
