I received the wrong order last night and began calling the store immediately. This was a delivery. No one answered the phone. After 30 mins I drove the pizza back to the Englewood Ohio Pizza Hut. There were several customers waiting on orders as well. I was willing to give them some credit with it being a holiday. However the manger was not friendly, employees were cussing using the F word while customers were right there. The manager told the employees to make my order next....read full review
Ordered a personal pan pizza at 7:22 pm. Delivery time said 7:58pm. At 8:20pm received a text saying on the way. I called at 8:40pm to ask where my order is and was told it left the store and should be there any minute. At 9pm I called back and the pizza finally arrived at 9:05pm. And of course it is cold and inedible. How does it take almost 2 hours to make and deliver a cold personal pan pizza?? Will never order from them again!!
They use a call center. I was hung up on 4 times and put on hold over 40 min! Pathetic customer service. 2 hours later finally get a call the pizzas are being delivered! After I had already canceled. The lady I finally spoke to in store was very kind and seemed overwhelmed. Beyond disappointed.
