This was my first time ordering from this pizza hut and I’m just now moving into englewood and dont have anything in my house at the moment. I called nd asked if they could please put forks and plates into my delivery so my kids and I could have stuff to eat off of and they told me yes. When I got my food there was none of the sort. When I called and talked to them about it, they said “I do know it’s truck day so we probably don’t have the stuff you asked for” and I said “well why tell me you’ll make sure it’s in there then don’t when I paid for pasta and specifically asked for utensils for the reason I have nothing for my house yet”. They hung up on me.

We did not receive our chicken wings. After attempt to call we were on hold 40 plus minutes before hanging up. It was a delivery order that we even tipped driver in order to have top service. Driver was told we were short on our order and we got a dumb look and call the store type thing.
This was our first time ordering after moving into town. We have never had a problem with competitors. What a let done Pizza Hut!

Ordered a personal pan pizza at 7:22 pm. Delivery time said 7:58pm. At 8:20pm received a text saying on the way. I called at 8:40pm to ask where my order is and was told it left the store and should be there any minute. At 9pm I called back and the pizza finally arrived at 9:05pm. And of course it is cold and inedible. How does it take almost 2 hours to make and deliver a cold personal pan pizza?? Will never order from them again!!

People that work there don’t even acknowledge their customers when walking in. Order was incorrect and food was terrible and cold. And when I called to see if they can fix my order- someone disconnected the phone. Terrible experience and will never go back!!!

Ordered online and picked up in store which we normally do but when the employee saw I didn't tip, he said he would remember it. Since when did we start tipping for pickup??? The employee was making remarks about not making another pizza until another employee showed up, so maybe it is just a rough place to work. Follow-up: email to resolve issue has went unanswered.

Pizza and cheese sticks are hot and good, arrived on time but they forgot the drinks. Was looking forward to a root beer, not cool.

Yesterday's pizza was the absolute worst I've ever had. I'm stunned that Pizza Hut's quality has deteriorated so badly. I won't be back. There are other options in my community. I'll use them instead.

We spent $100 on an order of pizza and wings. Not only did we not receive $40 worth of wings, but the employee mouthed off about not getting a tip. This was a pick up order! Tried to call the store and they hung up on us. It's been weeks and we still haven't received our money. Definitely won't go back.

The drivers never look at the notes that say DONT NOT KNOCK or RING. I feel bad if I dont tip but tbh none of these driver deserve a tip when they cant follow simple instructions. Even did carryout and they forgot part of my order and the dipping sauces. Theyll replace it but only if you make another order(which theyll probably screw up too) and the pizza crust is always soggy... think I'll be avoiding this location in the future and hopefully its replaced with a business that offers the community some value cuz this aint it.

Placed an order at 8pm to their englewood location. Delivery time was 902. Received a confirmation text stating delivery would be 858pm. 950pm rolls around and I decide to call the store. At 857 (when they were supposed to be delivering) the had for some unknown reason canceled my order and didn't bother to notify me. Horrible buisness, no service.... 0 stars....
