We ordered a pizza for delivery and the website said 25-30 minutes. It took two hours for us to receive our pizza and when we did it wasn’t hot and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. I’m not sure if this is due to a lack of drivers or what but I feel like that pizza should have been remade and not delivered this way.

Ordered 4+ garlic sauce, got 4+ ranch.Wife's pizza was fine and delicious. Mine was delicious upon eating, then had horrible heartburn after. Threw up twice. No evidence to support that it was related to this particular pizza, just articulating my experience.

Ordered pizza hut again as we do at least 2 or 3 times a week, took forever to get here and come to find out they used a delivery service without telling me and it took over a hour to get here and when it finally did the pizza and dessert was cold, very disappointed, may not order again!!!

This is extremely sad. My sauce was stabbed into my pizza and ruined it. Our honey bbq wings had a sprinkle around of bbq sauce. It seems like no one really cared for our order and when my fiancé was there they didn’t seem to care our order was wrong.

This used to be a great pizza hut. But now, every single time I go there the pizza is NEVER good. I pay $2.25 extra for cheese and YET for some reason there is still BARELY any cheese on it! If I am ordering a cheese pizza with EXTRA CHEESE, I shouldnt see ANY crust, bare spots or anything. On top of the lack of cheese, they have the nerve to burn my pizza EVERYTIME also. I am done wasting my money here. Find another location to eat at. Trust me

My order was waiting on me when I walked in the store, the staff was very friendly.
What happened here? I use to get a pizza and the manager was so sweet etc! Last two times I went to order. They leave you standing there. Never acknowledged me. Finally they did ordered bread sticks . Wow they was hard as a brick. Grant you I have not seen the sweet manager that use to take my order. So last night I thought I try again. Stood there no one acknowledged me whatsoever never said hold on nothing I did not see the general manager. I finally walked out! Went to Domino's and got their crazy bread got great service upfront ordered immediately and it was where my mother can chew her bread. I don't know what happened at this location but it's horrible and I will never return.

When we got home our pizza looked like absolute trash not only did it look like sh!t but the corner piece wasn’t even going the right way it was moved or dropped.. tried calling to get my order remade but waited on hold for 32 minutes and at that point I didn’t even want it replaced… waste of time and money.
I'm a long time customer of this store. They are one of the rare ones that deliver out to where I live. I ordered some pizza for the kids and I one night. We knew it was busy and we were looking at a hour and half wait. That's fine, we ordered a little earlier... Not even 45 minutes later we got a message saying our pizza was out for delivery. So the kids started taking turns sitting at the door waiting and waiting. Another hour and a half later I called to check on my pizza. Talked to the call center people who said it had showed it was delivered but also showed that it was supposed to be delivered at another time so he forwarded me to the store. I talked to the manager there who told me it showed delivered but sometimes if his driver has one close he will mark them both off. Told me to hold on and he will call his driver. So I wait. He came back and said his driver was up the road and should be there soon. Since it was a fairly decent night we decided to stay and wait on the porch. The kids were so ready to eat and it was getting pretty late. Another hour and half goes by and I call two more times to get no answer... Never received my pizza. I spent 46 dollars on pizza and a tip, the tip being almost 10 dollars. Also, it was so late my kids literally had to eat whatever we had laying in the house. We took the loss but I have still yet to see a refund. All I asked is for my money to be returned. We obviously took the loss of the pizza but that was a lot of money on food we never got! Still not heard nothing from that store. Called 48 hours later and was told by one manager that he'd refer and give my number to his boss, but somehow the number on my profile that they've actually called me from before didn't show up in their system to show an order now. (Pretty sure this was the manager I talked to the night I called to check on my pizza.) Got an email back from customer service saying something was submitted to whatever manager about a refund and I have still yet received a refund.
