Chris at this Starbucks is a phenomenal employee and deserves a raise. I came in with 5 minutes left in the shift and he made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. 10/10 customer service even when having a reason to be annoyed ! He’s the best, hope he has a great day!

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. Did not make coffee correctly (Americano). Didn’t make it right the second time. “Baristas” seemed very under trained. She also had really long fake nails and kept touching her face - don’t those have to be covered when preparing food?? Gross! Do t waste your $5/coffee money here.

I’m dairy free due to an allergy. They charged me for dairy free sweet cream cold foam ( which is normal and fine) then lended up the oat milk and put it on top completely not using the sweet cream cold foam. So I paid for them to blend my milk and change the sweetness of my drink.

Shout out to Alicia the store manager at Kroger Starbucks. Kroger was absolutely no help, but she stopped what she was supposed to be doing and made all the online drinks and not one person from Kroger would help including the people from Kroger who were standing in line.

Worst experience ever. I have been banned from this Starbucks all because I didn’t want the manager to make my drink. Chris makes the best drinks in the world and I’ve been going there for years now I’m banned without even talking to an owner. My feelings are truly hurt
