Went in on Wednesday evening. Ordered 2 foot longs and a 6” sweet onion chicken teriyaki with light lettuce. I asked for onions and she only put 3 little slivers on it, I asked for a little more and was told she couldn’t, they were only allowed to put only so much on. Very rude, not the friendliest staff. I’m sorry subway takes out of your paycheck for a few extras!!

I don’t leave reviews, I just want you to know before you go to this subway. 😅 They are apparently on some extreme budget cuts, where you are not allowed a reasonable amount of toppings. I asked the young lady for some extra olives- she replied “I am only allowed to put a maximum of 12 olives on your sandwich” 😳 In a foot long! Among other “cost saving” things that were so regimented, I essentially got more bread than all of my meat and toppings. And then proceeded to tell me my total was nearly $30. I feel entirely swindled! And I would strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.

I was very disappointed! I purchased a veggie salad. The bowl was barely half full they charged me extra for double cheese which I didn't even ask for or didn't look like I received.. They said they didn't have bags big enough for the salad so they just handed me the salad to carry out instead of putting it in a bag. I would not recommend this location for service

The employee when I arrived took her time addressing me, she then what can she get for me. I told her I had a online order , she grabbed the bag with my sandwich and put it next to the cash register and put a cup on the counter and turned her back on me . Very poor customer service, I will be trying the restaurant next door in the future.

Put in for an order online. Got there to pick it up around 8:30pm on November 26th. Apparently the young lady behind the counter was having a bad day because she asked me what I had and I told her my name. She said she didn’t have it. I asked “is this not the Taywood location?” She again asked my first name. I repeated it. She said again, “I don’t have it. I have an order for…” (my last name.) I said that would be it. I wasn’t aware it was under my last time. She brought it over and put it I the counter than slapped the paper cup down almost knocking it over and then disappeared into the back not to be seen the rest of the time. Even the guy in front of me looked a little taken back by the attitude. She just left the one guy by himself to finish the large sub order before me. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed her be short and snide with people. Other staff members are very friendly. Not her.

Please explain how at this location they say store policy is that all salads are made with iceberg lettuce only! I order the same thing at subway no matter where I go (I work as a travel nurse) and always get mine with spinach. I’m new to the area and won’t be back. Poor customer service. Was told you can only have 12 spinach leaves per salad ?

Went in to get a veggie sub and was told I could have only 12 olives, 6 slices of peppers and onions. Six spinach leaves. Absolutely can’t make your own sandwich at this store. Owner should just shut down if you can’t afford the toppings for the sandwich

Very weird experience. I went in with hopes of breaking my fast, with a #45. I was the only patron at the time and there was another guest sitting eating their meal. I asked for a #45 with bacon. The first worker put the chicken and bacon in the designated containers. The other worker told her something as she grabbed the bacon. The worker then put some of the bacon back and placed the containers in the toaster. She asked what kind of cheese and I asked for the Monterey cheese that comes on it. The other worker had the wrap and asked what else did I want on it. I said extra red onion and some banana peppers. She put four onions on the wrap and placed 3 banana peppers on it. The other girl had pulled out the containers from the toaster by now. So the girl with the wrap asked me did I want any other veggies and I told her just extra onion. She precedes to tell me that they have a veggie policy and can only put two red onions on a wrap and that extra would be two more slices. I asked if I’m paying for extra what difference does it make? She said that it’s subway policy. This is the only subway I’ve been to that said this to me. I shared that I had been to other stores and no one has ever told me no to extra veggies at any subway. She said that this is subway policy and this is how this store does it. So I told her never mind and left. This is a crazy policy and cost you a sale.. wasted my time… and now wasted food for subway all because she refused to give me more than for slices of red onion. What happened to Order how you want? It was very rude and it’s sad that she felt she needed to assert herself to that level when all I asked for was extra red onion.
