Came in 2 hours till close and was greeted with “Do you have an online order?” When I responded with “no” the employee rolled her eyes… In shock I asked if everything was okay, and the employee stated “Everything is fine, just some work stuff how can I take your order sir?” I responded with “I have two subs” which then was greeted by another eye roll…. At this point I should’ve walked away… After making my subs at which point they proceeded to skimp every topping when besides condiments oddly enough you can ask for as much of that as you wish just not anymore than 3 onion slivers… The employee then rings me up and precedes to ask for a tip…. After arriving home to eat my sub I found the lettuce to be rotten… With the food quality, and service I received I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend the opposite in fact.

Great and experienced employee working today she even took the time to explain a few policies that I didn't understand from Subway. She made a great sandwich and that's what's important!

The employees are constantly harassed because they can't put enough veggies on the subs. Try to remember it's not the employees fault. I wouldn't recommend this location unfortunately.

Absolutely horrible experience at the subway placed a 6 inch male order on the app because I had a reward for a deal on a 6 inch meal got there waited 20 minutes for the order to come through. They were having a system. Error completely understand I did not have the coupon for the sub on me. It was just on the mobile app. Literally the thinnest sub I ever gotten. I asked for extra onions and she literally put three slivers of onions on the sub and said that’s enough onions I didn’t ask if I could have a free drink due to the inconvenience of me having to wait 20 minutes for their system to try to find my order she said no I asked if I could have a free water cup and they said they do not even offer water. I do not plan on returning to this location and do not recommend others coming here as well. The young girl was extremely rude. And didn’t want to offer anything to help resolve the issue I was facing.

I went to this subway to order food for some clients. I went to tell the lady at the front I wanted 4 meal deals and she said okay. As time went on another girl took over and finished making the sandwiches. Once I was rang out I asked for my chips and drinks. She said she would have had to put that in as the meal deal which I said I did ask for and she wanted to argue with me about it. I had to pay for my drinks and chips separately. Very rude. I won't be back to that location.

I came here to see if Subway had any reviews cause this is the one in Englewood not realizing it’s the one at Walmart. I’m just curious to see that nobody has messaged or replied back to these reviews and most of these reviews are they don’t let you get as much veggies as you want on your sandwich and toppings and that they are very rude at this subway. I don’t think there is a limit on your toppings. No thank you I will drive to Huber Heights. These restaurants just hire anybody these days.

- RUDE !! Apparently, it’s an inconvenience to walk-in and have one sub made. The girl working this evening asked if I had an online order as soon as I walked in- when I told her that I didn’t - she immediately rolled her eyes so dramatically , and took a loud deep breath as she was walking up to grab the sub paper . I immediately felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome in that moment since I was obviously such an inconvenience to her- so I told her , “It’s fine, I’ll just go somewhere else.” and just left. She prob wouldn’t have made me a good sub with that attitude anyways. I just hope it made her night a little easier on her that I left, since she must’ve had a rough day. I get it, we all have bad days- but please don’t take it out on others or spread your negativity… leave it at the door!!!! Thankfully, I had a way better experience with the nice young lady working at Hoke Rd location tonight & I was sure to let her know she was doing a great job and that I appreciated her kindness and friendly customer service . I literally NEVER leave reviews , but this struck me for some reason tonight. It just reminds me that I want to show more appreciation / recognition to the workers with positive and friendly attitudes to thank them and let them know they are doing a good job.

This location is very, very skimpy with the toppings. My order was missing several toppings. Asked for extra lettuce and got maybe four little pieces. Said they had to make the bag last all day. Take an extra few minutes and go to the one on Hoke Road. Will never go back to this location.

Bad service and experience when u make order. I talk to the lady I need just extra onion she said I will charged you double for any extra appetizers . We never had that with subway. Then I asked her I need talking to your supervisor and she said I own the restaurant and I do what I want.is this the right if someone own subway he do whatever he won’t with costumer!!!!
Then I tell he I will talk to the subway management she said I don’t care.
Sorry about subway. We like subway too many years ago but now everything started changing and not same before

Went in on Wednesday evening. Ordered 2 foot longs and a 6” sweet onion chicken teriyaki with light lettuce. I asked for onions and she only put 3 little slivers on it, I asked for a little more and was told she couldn’t, they were only allowed to put only so much on. Very rude, not the friendliest staff. I’m sorry subway takes out of your paycheck for a few extras!!

I don’t leave reviews, I just want you to know before you go to this subway. 😅
They are apparently on some extreme budget cuts, where you are not allowed a reasonable amount of toppings. I asked the young lady for some extra olives- she replied “I am only allowed to put a maximum of 12 olives on your sandwich” 😳
In a foot long! Among other “cost saving” things that were so regimented, I essentially got more bread than all of my meat and toppings.
And then proceeded to tell me my total was nearly $30. I feel entirely swindled! And I would strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.

I was very disappointed! I purchased a veggie salad. The bowl was barely half full they charged me extra for double cheese which I didn't even ask for or didn't look like I received.. They said they didn't have bags big enough for the salad so they just handed me the salad to carry out instead of putting it in a bag. I would not recommend this location for service
