I had to repeat myself many times because the girl was not listening. Apparently for footlong veggie sub you cannot have more than 6 veggies on it. Also you are only allowed 12 olives on a footlong… they said it’s the managers policy. The sign says supply chain issue, sounds like a cheap manager to me. You would rather save a few cents on a few pieces of olives over a returning customer? No wonder all these reviews for this location are so bad.

My experience going to the Subway was horrible. Actually went there to get a tuna fish sandwich with my girlfriend and the owner just happened to be there, which is a lady. She gave me 4 leaves of spinach. And and she gave me only 4 sliced half Olive. And told me that was company's policy. And then she called the cops on me. I will never go there again. Her attitude was horrible. Then I want to a different Subway. I've got a sandwich. I deserve with all the olives I want LOL.

I frequently stop at this subway since it’s near my home. I have never really had problems until recently. This establishment hires a bunch of kids that are slow, apparently aren’t doing their jobs and appear to be under the influence. I’ve had 3 online orders back to back that wasnt started until my arrival when the app said it was "ready". whatever management is under thus store, you really need to pay attention to whats NOT getting done.

If you like any amount of condiments, GO TO HOKE RD, I had the same experience here recently discussed in Northmont post. My sandwich at Taywood was the worst sub I have ever gotten from Subway. I had 3 green peppers on a footlong, when asked for more I was told it would cost extra. I didn't agrue i just left and went to Hoke Rd. As compared to Taywood Rd, I could barely close it after toppings. Several more sub places opening in Englewood, store on Hoke and in Walmart...Tell me owners why should I be your customer when I get more value for my money 2 seconds up the road?

Soooo skimpy toppings ??. The young lady who took my order gave me butt end of tomato ? ?. Asked can get a different slice she put one on sandwich back with other veggies and gave another end piece ??‍♀️. Onions ? two pieces barely mayo salt orpepper. I will not be back to this establishment. Oh my coupon wasn't honored but all good. I will be going one in Troy ??.

I had a coupon for two footlongs for $13. The ones that I ordered were $13 a piece so it would have been 26 bucks I also ordered a new footlong Aunt Annie's pretzel which I was charged for. Want to pick up the food and they don't have any pretzels so they gave me a churro that was a third the size had no flavor and was not even worth a dollar. My sub was so small and minimal and it was called supreme meats and I ate the entire thing and the churro and I'm still hungry and so is my son who got a signature Philly. Worst Subway I've ever been to. Absolute rip off. Taste horrible services horrible and the workers hate themselves because of how they have to make tiny little subs for everybody. I'll never be back and it sucks that I have three subways in my town and none of them are good. Horrible company

What franchisee values 5 cents worth of toppings over a repeat customer??Got a footlong turkey, watched them count individual jalapeno rings used, so I requested more. Was told "I cannot, per policy, provide additional topping" and "I cannot give you additional on the side" after I offered to PAY for it.Manager said "due to supply chain issues, toppings are rationed". (there IS a sign regarding this posted, but I don't typically make it a habit to look for Soviet-era food rationing notices)My bet is poor franchise management issues.I've eaten Subway for over 20 years and not experienced a poor customer experience until today. I spoke to another store and was informed they've had numerous customers complain about Taywood and won't return. Add me to that list. It's a bad look, franchisee - change my mind.

Don't even bother with this location. I love a fresh sandwich for my lunch break and this place is a rip off. You walk in and the literal signs they have posted telling you the rules of this subway let you know that sandwich will not be worth your time. They COUNT every single piece of spinach and lettuce they put on. The signs let you know asking for more toppings will get you a more expensive sandwich. ITS SPINACH JUST GIVE ME A LITTLE HANDFUL. The olives get counted, the pickles get counted. Unless you want to spend more money you get big bread with barely anything in it. I'm not mad at the workers, they just do what they are told and seem a little afraid of letting that extra half piece of tomato sneak into your sandwich. Like who only eats six pieces of spinach on a footling!

Just wanting to let everyone know, the j famous Tammy is still owner if this establishment and the one on national in Vandalia. The veggies skimping is still in effect, they have a sign that states they will only put 3 of each vegetable on a 6in and 6 on a 12 inch, they will double it for a max of 6/12 on your sandwich, but regardless of willingness to pay for more, that is the maximum allowed per sandwich. This includes leaves of spinach and individual olives and jalapeños ect. The signage also states they cannot make cheese or meat substitutions at this time, citing supply chain issues. However, i got a delicious sandwich, happy and friendly ladies providing service and a clean environment. No actual complaints other than the "policy" about the veggies still being in place. I was here 9/29/23.

the service was terrible . Today ( 9-23-23 ) approx around 3pm EST , I walked into subway as a normal civilian of the town . I ordered my same meal that I love every time at any location ( A Philly cheesesteak) I asked the young lady to please cut my cucumber ( one single slice ) in fourths . she told me she wasn't allowed to do that & that she would get in trouble , although I was taking all fourths of the pieces and leaving none behind to remain out of order . I told her that's the only way I can eat them and I get my food the same way everytime . we began to go back and forth over and over as I remained calm about the situation . she began to get hostile taunting saying " I've worked here since it opened and you're not getting it this way . I thought the customer was always right in regards to their service . An older man , came into the conversation telling me " Dude , you need to chill out " . he gestured as if he had a gun in his pocket and would harm me when i asked " why ? what are you gonna do ; this Is my food and how I eat it " . I immediately called my mom , as he stated " I don't have a gun I'm talking about these " and gestures to his fist by rising them in the air . the police was called and I was trespassed . as I am 26 & a young black male arguing with two White people defending eachother , I foresaw what could've happened and how I could've been another hashtag , all over a cucumber . I would not recommended any minorities to spend your hard earned money here , as we are clearly unwelcome . I was very uncomfortable and for a second I feared for my total life . I hope someone reads this and takes precaution .
