During a winter advisory ( 2-3 inches of snow ) was told that they cannot cook the food and can only accept doordash orders…. Again because there was snow on the ground …. They cannot cook food. LMAO that alone shows the incompetence of the employees and if that was a order from management then that shows the absolute incompetence of the entire store.

The good that we did receive half is it was cold and soggy. I'm assuming the food we didn't receive would have probably been the same. Honestly will be the last time we ever visit a taco bell again. For the money we could have eaten at our local Mexican restaurant for $10 more. When these owners act like they can't figure out why people aren't eating there this is why, over priced, terrible and missing food. Will never return.

They at least got the order correct but the food was old and looked like it needed thrown away. Our food was horribly put together and was thrown in the bag to the point that the nachos and the fries weren’t even in the containers anymore. Nothing tasted good at all and was not worth the money they charge. Hire better employees and do better on the food quality. It’s Taco Bell you’re not performing surgery back there.

I am not one to complain over little things but this location is getting worse. I have been through the drive through on two separate occasions for the Mexican Pizza. Both times, the taco shell had been over-fried in old, burned oil. About two weeks ago, i went through the drive through, got my order, drive home to find half of the order was missing. I spoke with Nick, who was extremely pleasant, who told me to mention it my next visit and they’d take care if it, fine. Today I gave the Mexican Pizza another chance to find it was as bad as could be. Old, burned cooking oil that was disguised as suitable for cooking…not fit for animals. I WILL NEVER RETURN and will make sure to post this anywhere I can put a review!!!!!

My last two visits sucked but tonights experience takes the cake!!!! Wasn't ask if my order, on the screen, was correct and when I pulled up to the window I was given my drinks and told to pull around and park and they'd bring my food out. Fifteen minutes later my food was brought out looking like it had been dumped in the bag! The lid on my bowl wasn't attached and my nachos were everywhere. Once home, what was edible was cold. I know it's Taco Bell but slop in a bag is not my preferred food delivery method!

I have tried to eat at this location twice. The first time myself and my boyfriend were ignored entirely; they seem to only take orders using the screens in the lobby, and if you wait at the counter none of the workers will address you. The second time, now armed with this knowledge, we placed an order specifying no tomatoes, and waited. I have an allergy to most raw fruits, and raw tomatoes are at the top of the list- but there was no way to say on the order that I have an allergy. That is a problem in of itself. When my food arrived, it had my allergy on it. I immediately rushed up to wash my hands and then take antihistamines while said boyfriend tried to get the staff's attention. Every line employee loudly insisted it wasn't their fault, they hadn't done it, while a single woman (perhaps the manager?) asked what I had ordered so she could replace it. My hands were turning red and we were in no mood to continue the meal, so we took the food to go. As we left, the line employees were laughing and mocking our looks and my reaction. The following Monday we called corporate, who took our information and promised a refund and further communication, but we have heard nothing. I love Taco Bell, I usually enjoy very good food and service at their restaurants, but I can honestly say that in good conscience I cannot recommend this location. Ever. At all.

Terrible service. Drive-thru worker was nice enough, but that doesn’t really matter when the establishment seems to get everything I ordered wrong and/or missing. Ridiculous. Charge me for two things I didn’t get and gave me two small orders for two larges I got charged for. Ridiculous. Step up your game.

My husband and I just came in today and started to order lunch on a kiosk but some of the staff was loudly cussing about stuff - it was a bit uncomfortable. The tables also weren't clean. We left :( the food is always very good here so it's too bad about this experience.

Got 12 cold soft tacos and there was hardly any meat and I mean like maybe 1 small scoop of meat on each taco and that's being generous it's mostly lettuce and a tiny pinch of cheese. Luckily(lol) 2.5 taco meat made enough for 1. The service used to be decent and the food used to be worth the price but now it's over priced salad on a soggy tortilla and you can't ask to remake the food because they might spit in it or worse. Will not be returning

Slow workers
I average a 10 minute wait anytime I decide to go through this particular store. Any other Taco Bell is faster

The food was horrible

The taco was greasy, the chips tasted burnt, and whatever they attempted with the chicken - I have no idea
