Did an online order and went straight there. I went inside, thankfully. My drinks were already sitting there. I witnessed an employee give free drinks to someone that knew her off the street. They walked straight to the counter, she literally stopped making orders and came to the counter and gave them cups. Then proceeded to stand there talking to them. When my food was finished she sat it on the online rack, so I figured it wasn't mine, I told her my name on the order. After waiting another 5 minutes. She came around the corner and I asked if that was my order, sure enough. I was livid. She handed me the boxes. Wasn't going to give me the drinks and I said I believe those are my drinks. As she handed them to me, no ice. I sat my food down and took the drinks to the station poured them out and remade them. Now......one transaction 2 drinks given away and two drinks dumped and repoured. That adds up on a business over time. Please hire someone that cares!

I know it's taco bell and as we all know no one is expecting 5 star meals from this place. However this has got to be one of the worst taco bells I've been too. The food is absolutely soggy drenched and falling apart before you can even take a bite. Absolutely disgusting food every time I've ordered here which is few and far in between I am always disappointed. Also way to over priced for the quality of this food you shouldn't be paying more than a dollar for everything on the menu. It's quite literally human dog food. I promise you your stomach will regret it the next day as well.

Working 3rds this is the only restaurant open when my lunch is, be it Englewood location or vandalia, and on 2 separate occasions now at each one they close 20 min earlier then posted online or at the door. It's getting old, please change your hours if this is gonna continue so I know to go to speedway at least. At least Englewood employees aren't smoking in the parking lot as you pull in

Two soft taco Supremes and 2 soft tacos supremes w/o tomatos in the drive thru $14.00!!!! Why?? Not for the service, the drive thru is self-serve!? Not for the Quality either! S a d!
