Walked in and they turned us around asap. The young receptionist dude was discriminating and racist. Just off his body language alone, I could tell he was uneasy and nervous. We were welcomed at Poelking Lane by the mall though.

Over priced! $15 per person for 2 hours, no matter the age. They don't offer pay by game, so if you have younger children you still have to pay that much.
Waited 10 minutes to get my kids' bumpers put up. If I'm paying that much I shouldn't have to come ask again as your paying customer.
Also my 5 year old knocked down one of the bumpers and multiple staff members were extremely rude about having to come put it back up. VERY Sorry for making them do their job.
Won't be going here again!

Clean, well priced. I was originally going to put two stars because the younger male working when we first arrived around 3pm Sun 3/23 is just an unfriendly, rude person who immediately made me wonder if the racist reviews were correct as we were the only group there with some black people. He should not be working anywhere in customer service-complete jerk!!! However, the next guy that came in and was there the remainder of the time was super friendly and made up for it. Would come again!

Cleanest bowling center I’ve ever been in! Staff is always friendly and helpful if you follow the posted rules and aren’t an asshole to them. If you really feel the need to FAFO, you will not like the result of your actions. I appreciate that I can enjoy a night out with friends in an atmosphere that does not tolerate other patrons making asses of themselves or bothering my group!
