I love this Tim Hortons! Though there are only a few left this is one of the best! I love their atmosphere their customer service is always professional and friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot including the drinks. I appreciate and adore this team. It's also a different kind of experience. They take their time and get it right and is efficient.

I live near the Canadian border so Timmy's is a big deal. This location is disgusting! Your feet stuck to the floor, the garbage was overflowing, the bathroom was gross and we ordered 1 sandwich which they got wrong!! Do NOT go to this Tim's!!

I come through there no less than five times a week. But they cannot seem to find the no egg button and I am tired of paying $4 for a biscuit that I have to go home and feed my dog. Someone apparently has not taught them how to answer the phone because if you try to get in touch with the story about this they just pick the phone up then hang it back up. With the exception of two employees this place is horrible!!

As a Canadian American, adore my Timmy’s. But today I got a bagel and a Oreo iced Capp. While my bagel was great my iced Capp was…fizzy? I can’t tell if chemicals from machine or whatever. But absolutely disgusting and disappointing

Very upset. Especially for $7.

Update: I have gotten sick…I have vomited.

What happened to Tim Horton?? I am still shaking from the violation one hour ago in Englewood Oh. After leaving, I found they gave me the wrong drink at the drive through. A pain, but ok I'll live. I go back and put the drink inside the window for them to take back and explained. I requested my coffee that I had paid for. The little girl quickly and repeatedly told me I must take back the wrong drink and keep it or she would not give me what I ordered. ???? I had no place to hold two x large hot coffees. I would not take it back, it was their wrong drink. Much escalating back and forth. By this time I had flashbacks of arguing with my x over the stupidest things. I told the little girl to keep the damn thing, and drove off, one cup of mediocre coffee short. This company will not last much longer. Stay away from Tim Hortons

As someone who doesn’t frequent fast food establishments often, I decided to stop by for a small caramel iced cappuccino to help me through a busy day, having had only a few hours of sleep. Unfortunately, what began as a simple caffeine fix turned into a distressing situation.

After consuming nearly half of my drink, I noticed an unusual textured grain that I initially thought might be coffee beans. Upon further inspection, I discovered tiny curled silver pieces mixed in with what appeared to be metal dust settled at the bottom of my cup. The realization that I may have ingested a significant amount of this material is horrifying.

I immediately called the store to alert them to the issue, but my call was abruptly disconnected. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of communication, especially since the store was not busy at the time. Additionally, the employee who served me seemed disengaged and unprofessional, which only added to my concerns about the overall environment and customer service at this location.

I want to clarify that I did not engage in any disruptive behavior; I simply sought assistance regarding a serious matter. The demeanor of the staff left me questioning whether this incident was a result of negligence or something more troubling.

This experience has caused me significant anxiety and has reinforced my reluctance to visit fast food establishments. I sincerely hope that your team takes this matter seriously to ensure that no other customers are put at risk due to possible negligence or careless actions.

I have also reported this incident to corporate and the health department, and I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly.

Came to their drive thru in Englewood their drive thru board wasn’t working. They did offer to make something but I rarely go there so I had to pass and go elsewhere.

Never in stock on donuts, you'd think that would be amazing staple to have in stock. I've tried 3 times now, always out so I'm done wasting time even trying. All fast food or convient food places suck anymore these days

We have been going to the englewood tim hortons more than once a day for several years. The people that we have encountered were very nice and polite. We always have our dog with us and they always gave him a doughnut or a pup cup. Recently they closed down the moraine location and we were told their manager was coming up to englewood along with some of their crew. Since that time after they arrived we have had terrible and rude service from these new people. We were also told that their manager said absolutely no treats for our dog because of their policy. If that's how they feel about our pets I can assure you I have notified other customers and they will be losing some if their customers because some of us feel that if that's how they feel about our pets then they are to petty to be getting our business.

This Tim Hortons never disappointed me until today. Ordered two French vanilla cappuccinos and they were watery like they was hand mixed instead of out the cappuccino machine. Tried to call them no one answered.

We went to Tim Hortons in Englewood OH today after church at 11am. The door was locked and we thought it was a mistake. Another customer opened the door and the workers got mad at the customer for letting us in even though they were open! We left! Will not be going back! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

Had several issues in multiple visits here but this was the last straw. Ordering online and going to the store to find out they don’t have specific items and then telling me they can’t refund me is unacceptable. Then their online customer support tells me they can’t refund me either and to go in store for a refund…absolutely ridiculous that I paid for something and I didn’t get it and they refuse to give my money back. Disputing with my bank and never coming back since they steal and are dishonest.
