Never in stock on donuts, you'd think that would be amazing staple to have in stock. I've tried 3 times now, always out so I'm done wasting time even trying. All fast food or convient food places suck anymore these days

We have been going to the englewood tim hortons more than once a day for several years. The people that we have encountered were very nice and polite. We always have our dog with us and they always gave him a doughnut or a pup cup. Recently they closed down the moraine location and we were told their manager was coming up to englewood along with some of their crew. Since that time after they arrived we have had terrible and rude service from these new people. We were also told that their manager said absolutely no treats for our dog because of their policy. If that's how they feel about our pets I can assure you I have notified other customers and they will be losing some if their customers because some of us feel that if that's how they feel about our pets then they are to petty to be getting our business.

This Tim Hortons never disappointed me until today. Ordered two French vanilla cappuccinos and they were watery like they was hand mixed instead of out the cappuccino machine. Tried to call them no one answered.

We went to Tim Hortons in Englewood OH today after church at 11am. The door was locked and we thought it was a mistake. Another customer opened the door and the workers got mad at the customer for letting us in even though they were open! We left! Will not be going back! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.
Had several issues in multiple visits here but this was the last straw. Ordering online and going to the store to find out they don’t have specific items and then telling me they can’t refund me is unacceptable. Then their online customer support tells me they can’t refund me either and to go in store for a refund…absolutely ridiculous that I paid for something and I didn’t get it and they refuse to give my money back. Disputing with my bank and never coming back since they steal and are dishonest.

This was literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. We waited for 35 MINUTES before getting our drinks. There were 5 people working and the only one actually doing anything was the drive thru worker. Everyone else was just talking, wandering around aimlessly and appeared like no one had any clue what we were doing. We then complained and asked for our sandwiches. The girl then started having a panic attack and said there’s a lot going on. What was going on?? There were only 2 people in line waiting for their food?! And it’s been over 30 min that we’ve all been standing in line. Then some worker started snapping at us and threw a bag of food at us with the wrong sandwiches. We put it back on the counter and said those weren’t the sandwiches we ordered. She got mad and started snapping and yelling at the other workers and customers. Then several minutes later appeared with our order and then stomped off after handing it to us.
We used to go to this Tim Hortons location several times a month and it has become increasingly slower with horrendous customer service. After the experience today. We will never be returning and relaying this experience to everyone so they can avoid such a disaster too

Coffee usually good. Sometimes the staff pours the coffee before it’s done brewing - making it taste very bitter. But when brewed correctly Tim Horton has very good black coffee.

This isn't exactly about this store in general, but all of the stores ...... Why in the world don't locations add sugar to their coffees?!? Or why is it always half milk with a splash of coffee, do you not train employees how to make coffee?? It's sad when you order a latte and it's mostly milk, or latte with 0 sugar, I have been to Tim Hortons Englewood/Dayton/Xenia etc and have yet to get a decent coffee🤣😂

Came through the drive-through one of the Panini with chicken they didn’t have chicken ready so we got turkey. The turkey sandwich was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was very disappointing and it was on regular bread.

If I could give zero stars I would. My order was not right from the beginning. The person taking my order did not listen, brought out the wrong food with a huge line behind me. Spoke to me very disrespectful. I will never come here again. So disappointing.

Normally this is my favorite location. Today I was in line at the drive thru with 3 cars ahead. When I finally made it to the order board the lights on the menu went off. It was 4:58. I thought maybe the menu went down. When the car in front of me finally moved I made it to the window and they were inside but I noticed the sign on the window now says 5pm. So I guess they decided to close a little early. They should finish the drive thru line. Rude. Also update your hours online.
