Rude and zero stars is warranted! This evening I was asked by the manager to pull to the side while they prepare my nuggets! I waited 10 or more minutes o my to receive fresh nuggets with old cold fries! I went back to drive through to take fries back to request fresh ones and the manager had the nerves to get an attitude! It’s common sense to serve fresh food especsince I had to wait so long! Would he have treated someone who didn’t look like me that way!? I’ll never eat here again

Just waited almost 15 min for a bacon egg and cheese muffin.. the muffin isn’t even toasted, the sandwich is so cold that she’s won’t even mail. I don’t know what took him 15 minutes… But I’m never coming to Wendy’s again. It just seems like this location never improves. I’ll definitely be calling for a refund later as there’s no way that cold sandwich is worth $5

Cookies hard and burnt plus a gnat inside the water cup. Called and spoke to the manager Amy her response was “Sorry I didn’t know the cookies were hard I just ate one 10 minutes ago!”

WORST Wendy's I've ever been in. Inside dining area is very disgusting, DIRTY DIRTY! Carpeting was NASTY! Had to watch our steps or we would have all surely tripped on the loose carpet. We didn't bother to order, just ran out. STAY AWAY from here. BACTERIA CITY, ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.

Place is filthy and disgusting, food is disgusting, bugs flying around dining room and condiment area, carpet will stick to your shoes. Stay far away, no idea how this place is still open or have a lawsuit for making people sick.

Came through about 12:05 tried to order the PopTart Strawberry Frosty, the lady taking orders was rude , she was older and couldn’t hear very well . I repeated myself multiple times and she wasn’t very kind about it . She told me they didn’t have what I was asking for so I ended up just getting a strawberry swirl one. When I get up to pay all the say was “want your penny” didn’t offer a receipt.
I asked the very nice young man at the next window if they still had them and did tell me they still have them and apologized on her behalf , he should probably train her how to interact with people. He was super polite.

Genuinely the worst location ive been too. Didn't even order. Manager taking my order was insanely rude from the jump. I walked out mid-order. Just treat people with some kind of respect, dont need you to go above and beyond for me or even like your job. But not even a simple hello or what can I get for you just attitude the entire time.

I just wanted to order a burger and a chicken sandwich. I walked in and the guy asked me if I had an online order, and I told him no. He walked away and didn't come back for several minutes so I just walked out. There were five people working in there and I was the only customer in the place. Absolutely no clue as to how to handle customers. Dave Thomas would be rolling over in his grave if he knew what was happening

I got there and I oreded 36$ worth of food. And one of the items which was my food was the saucy nuggets and I said Bbq combo I get him they ring in 10 spicy nuggets.. I call the store and the manager was RUDE “how we mess it up?!” And told me the whole store is new.. well maybe y’all need better training for you and the store just don’t go here!! Sad you pay that much and you don’t get what you asked for 😒🙄

Its 830 pm and I just sat in a drive thru, talking to a speaker while both of the women working ignored me. Being 830 PM, the lobby doors were unlocked and they were up front chatting with a young man. One of the women acted shocked I came inside and said they weren't taking orders and the lobby is closed (in front of the other person standing there). I asked how I can order if they don't answer the drive thru and are telling me the unlocked lobby with people in it was closed at 830 on a Thursday. She had no answer besides "maybe the headset was dead." She suggested I wait for her to finish her interaction with the guy loitering at the counter and then she would change the battery. The second worker had already fled.

The worst service I've ever seen in my life. I will not return.

Should avoid this place if possible, there's a bunch of other fast food/restaurants near that are better, this Wendy's has a bad parking lot with multiple potholes, is never open in the mornings even though there's people inside and even when you're able to get breakfast it's lukewarm at best, I wouldn't trust getting food from here not to mention depending on which shift it is they're either somewhat nice to downright unfriendly, I'm surprised corporate has let this location get this bad and it's as if it's ran by a bunch of incompetent people. If you don't trust this review simply look at other reviews.

Whoever owns this should be ashamed- You don’t “manage”
The manager said “we don’t do refunds” after we paid for 1 meal and they still didn’t have it ready in 15 minutes!
Rude “manager”
We will never give you our business again.
Not to mention the pot holes in the parking lot!!

Highly would advise against eating here. Food is never properly cooked. You will most likely have stomach issues and feel sick. How this place still gets business I'll never understand.
