Its 830 pm and I just sat in a drive thru, talking to a speaker while both of the women working ignored me. Being 830 PM, the lobby doors were unlocked and they were up front chatting with a young man. One of the women acted shocked I came inside and said they weren't taking orders and the lobby is closed (in front of the other person standing there). I asked how I can order if they don't answer the drive thru and are telling me the unlocked lobby with people in it was closed at 830 on a Thursday. She had no answer besides "maybe the headset was dead." She suggested I wait for her to finish her interaction with the guy loitering at the counter and then she would change the battery. The second worker had already fled.

The worst service I've ever seen in my life. I will not return.

Should avoid this place if possible, there's a bunch of other fast food/restaurants near that are better, this Wendy's has a bad parking lot with multiple potholes, is never open in the mornings even though there's people inside and even when you're able to get breakfast it's lukewarm at best, I wouldn't trust getting food from here not to mention depending on which shift it is they're either somewhat nice to downright unfriendly, I'm surprised corporate has let this location get this bad and it's as if it's ran by a bunch of incompetent people. If you don't trust this review simply look at other reviews.

Whoever owns this should be ashamed- You don’t “manage”
The manager said “we don’t do refunds” after we paid for 1 meal and they still didn’t have it ready in 15 minutes!
Rude “manager”
We will never give you our business again.
Not to mention the pot holes in the parking lot!!

Highly would advise against eating here. Food is never properly cooked. You will most likely have stomach issues and feel sick. How this place still gets business I'll never understand.

If I could give less stars I would We pulled up to order they drive thru and was told our order couldn’t be taken When asked why we were told there was only 2 of them there and they weren’t going to take orders for at least 30 minutes Here it is Wednesday March 12 at 5:30 and they can’t take your order How ridiculous does this sound? I worked at a Wendy’s I was the shift leader I had 2 brand new people and me We got hit hard after the prom We kept the store open and got the food out as fast as we could I don’t understand why these 2 people could not make a chicken combo Something really wrong!

Staff is pretty rude, and they are INCREDIBLY slow. I ordered 1 cheeseburger and a drink, and then waited for over 20 minutes in a parking spot only for it to be cold. Incredibly understaffed place

They didn't have the breakfast menu up.It was very rude when I tried to find out what they had. And then they told me I need to pull up and wait because the seasoned potatoes weren't ready yet. So I waited over five minutes and then they brought me out cold potatoes anyways. Me or my family will never go to this wendy's, again. This was the wendy's, in inglewood, ohio I would not to suggest anybody go there.

I would give no stars if I could! Large potholes are in the parking lot and the building looks like it needs an overhaul.. The staff are incompetent and rude. They couldn't make my breakfast sandwich because they were out of chicken. They asked to give me a different sandwich so I got one that was cheaper in price and asked for the difference in price back. They replied they couldn't do that because I modified the order. Um no, you asked me what I wanted to replace it! I finally told the manager to take my food back and give me a refund and she would not comply and was rather rude with shoving a dollar and some change and the food I no longer wanted back at me thru the window. Of course when I got home I found that i didn't even get what I ordered. I will never eat at Wendy's again!!!!

When going thru the drive thru tonight we were told they weren’t taking orders for 15 mins. This location is always short staffed which then also means staff is over worked. The associate after telling us they weren’t taking orders was that we needed to pull around because of their timer? I hate going to that location and after this I won’t be.

The staff at this establishment are incredibly rude. The doors are frequently either locked or broken and they had attitudes as soon as I walked in the door. There was an employees’ child in the restaurant. I have empathy for a lack of childcare but kids shouldn’t be at work with hot surfaces, hot oil, and people coming and going. The child was walking around the dining room alone. The dining room was also unkempt. I normally won’t leave a review as I know it’s difficult to run an establishment, but this place was SO bad that something needed to be said.

Every Wendy's in the Dayton area has an issue with getting food out on time. Stores are always closed. Claims of short staff. You guys are not fast food you guys are garbage

Only have one worker in the morning the past three times I’ve been here. My husband told me this is how this location has always been and I didn’t believe him but it’s been the same way for so long I don’t even understand why they’re “open”. There’s nothing fast about this food and it’s very disappointing.
