Buyer beware. This was the worst Wendy's we ever visited. The help was avoiding to help with anything. The person at the register could not print out a receipt for our purchase. Said they could not print receipts. No ice for drinks no ketchup at the counter. The floor must have had a half inch of sticky substance on. Had to clean our shoes when we arrived back home. Sad excuse for a restaurant.

Ate inside, floors were so sticky I about tripped. Couldn’t get a receipt because the cashier said it wouldn’t print. The drink machine was out of half the drinks and it was out of ice,everything else in the machine didn’t taste right at all. The only thing that was good was the food. And even that was messed up. But I was so fed up I didn’t feel like saying anything. Cashier was so monotonous and rude. She kept interrupting us while we were giving her our order. You just remodeled, clean your inside and train your team members. This is rediculous.

Floor was sticky everywhere I steped, service was decent, no paper receipt, no condiments to pick up yourself, the ice on the drink machine wasn't working, but the lady who served us was fine

They were out of frosty, and unable to refund. They were out of the correct container sizes. They informed us nothing has been ordered since theyre manager hasn't been seen at the location in weeks. Our order was poorly prepared and put together. My baconator fries had lettuce and nugget in it.

If I could give it a zero I would. Took ten minutes to place order only one car in front of us. Home less than 10 minutes away double stack was a single stack burnt and cold french fries were old at chicken nuggets cold .

Only problem that there was they had equipment failure grills aren’t working fires weren’t working and they couldn’t ring nobody up so the girl behind the counter gave me a free large Oreo fudge frosty, which was delicious

Whoever owns this place needs to sell and get a new owner who can hire employees that do stuff right. I order a 10 pieces spicy nugget, I get home and there's literally 8 nuggets lol. How hard is it to count to 10? I also asked for fresh and said I dont mind waiting. They have me pull up and I wait about 10 minutes. Then they bring me out cold food! I sure would love a refund, but it seems like the owner can't afford to hire decent employees.

I've gotten the same exact order from here on door dash 4 or 5 times now and I always get the same thing, a triple bacon burger and a small chili. And EVERY TIME they give me a single burger. And whenever I say something about it to door dash they only give me a 1.50 back. Sick of it

Have visited this Wendy's on 3 different occasions. The employees lock the doors so you can't dine in. Only drive through orders. I won't return.

We just stopped at Wendy's in Englewood ordered combo meals 7 and 8. We live 2 minutes away. The #7 burger was cold and the fries were barely warm like they had been sitting on a counter somewhere for a while.
