This place is a disaster. Waited for food inside for over 25 minutes. Bun was cold, meat was cold, hell the cheese wasn’t even melted. Only good thing was the coke. Buddies didn’t even get their food for 25 minutes.

Wife's single cheese was a disaster. Bun was hard as a hockey puck. Took it up to the counter. Said they were gonna remake it. Waited 10 minutes still no burger. Went up to ask where it was. Manager fumbled for an excuse. Meanwhile my baconater was getting cold. Finally get the remake only to have the same issue AGAIN. Manager said she'd remake it. Told her I want my money back. She said she could refund me for the sandwich. Not the combo, not to mention my meal that is now ice cold. Refused to give me my money back for the combo. Employee was reaching into the French fry bin and eating them. Then handling food without washing her hands. Told the manager and she was more upset with me pointing it out rather than her employee violating health codes. I wish google would make it where you can give zero stars. This place doesn't even deserve one

They apparently no longer make baked potatoes even though they are on the menu.(have attempted to order 3 times with no avail)They also do no answer their phone when customers call. The last time I was there, my burger was so dry, I could have used it to scrub my sink.

Mobile ordered. This location isn't suitable for the industry its in. Can't keep up with the demand of their consumers. Food cold once it arrives. Mismanagement on multiple levels.
