They were recently bought out and since then they’ve been very light on meat, when my meal is 12 dollars i expect more than 6 pieces of meat on my sub. service is nonexistent as no one talks to you/can speak english

Absolutely Disgusting and Traumatizing! We Will Never Return!

Our experience at this Subway was one of the most heartbreaking and disgusting encounters we’ve ever had — one that left my 10-year-old daughter in tears and completely traumatized.

During what was supposed to be a simple meal pickup, my child was wrongfully accused of flooding the bathroom — something she had absolutely no part in. This was our very first visit to this location, yet the new owners falsely claimed she had done it before. Why? Because in their eyes, apparently, all Black children look the same.

The situation was not only handled with complete disrespect, but their “solution” after humiliating my daughter and calling both her and my wife liars was to offer an applesauce. As if that could erase the emotional damage or the blatant prejudice we witnessed.

It’s deeply disturbing that people of color can weaponize racism against their own community — a painful reminder that ignorance knows no boundaries.

This experience was beyond unacceptable. It was traumatizing, discriminatory, and downright disgraceful. We will never eat at this location again, and I hope no parent ever has to watch their child be treated with such cruelty. Shame on you.

Since new ownership quality is not good. They do not put enough vegetables on the sandwiches. My sandwich was so flat and skimpy. No longer worth the amount of they charge. However parking was great because nobody goes there anymore.

Service was about the worst I have ever experienced. Food quality has extremely decreased since the new ownership. The lettuce was brown and looked like it was going bad. The employee started becoming extremely rude towards my elderly grandmother, so I stepped in in hopes to resolve the issue. After the discussion the employee proceeded to tell me “I don’t care what you want on your sandwhich, I want to know what type of bread”. It was an overall terrible service. I will definetly not be returning.”

If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since the new owners took over they’ve gone downhill quickly and badly. If you have any change they take it and put it in their top jar. Not cool.

The new ownership is terrible. The food tasted off, like it had gone bad, and the workers clearly had poor food safety practices. The place is dirty, and I will not be returning. They might as well take down the ‘under new ownership’ signs, because at this rate, they’re bound to be shut down either by the health department or simply because the food is awful and no one wants to pay for this kind of experience.

If it was possible to give a 0 I would. Some the new “ownership” food quality has gone down and the staff has been extremely rude and hard to understand every time we went. I think we will be driving further away to get better food.

New owners and they are disgusting people one of the new owners made my sub and was basically wipeing his nose on his arm by his gloves while makeing my food. It's not subway anymore. Enon local here. Will not be eating here again.

Did not honor my coupon SPECIFIC to today. Only had white bread. Bugs. Dirty floor. The cashier didn't understand when I showed her I ordered in the app even though they have a lane for app orders. At least they gave me an extra cookie for trouble.
