Very unfriendly and rude. The lady making sandwiches couldn’t even pretend she wanted to be there and was really snobby toward the other coworker. Do better or get a new job!

This subway is always clean and the employees are friendly, but about 6 months ago the owner decided not except certain coupons and with the rising cost of food and the obvious need for sales at this particular location it makes no since why they have made these changes. I will go to other locations in the future that gladly except these coupons...

Step Father had a meatball sub. Went to hospital the next day with abdominal pain. Was hospitalized for two days. Then 3 weeks later father in law was hospitalized after eating a meatball sub same Enon location. We were beside ourselves when we had learned of these events and what had occurred. Tried to call location to simply inform them of these events. But the phone does not work. I plan on stopping in next time I am that way to let them know they are potentially making people very sick. Poor training. Workers not doing there job correctly. Not sure. I would say beware. It has made me decide to never eat Subway again.

Ordered 2 sandwiches today 10/22. Guy was super rude. I had to repeat my order 3 times to him and he either tuned me out or completely ignored me. All he was concerned with was closing the store to get out at 4. Business hours state open till 10. When I ordered I was the only one there.. I had to keep repeating what I wanted on the sandwiches.

Sloppy made sandwiches. But tasted good. Disappointed the employees with long hair didn't have it pulled up just a hat. A little concerning.

The lady that works here named Heather is extremely unpleasant and rude to customers. She has completely turned me off from coming back to this location.

It's a hit or miss with this subway. I order on the app alot and sometimes it's perfect but other times like today it was not really good. If I leave special instruction to add alot of mayo also press the more mayo button on the ingredients page I atleast expect to taste the mayo. The sandwich was very dry. Also spread the meat out to each end, stop putting all the meat in one spot. No one wants to eat 4 inches of only bread because the sandwich maker doesn't want to separate the meat slices.

Poor service with my online order. Time for pick up changed after I got to the store. Likely due to in store business. However, in store customers continued to be served ahead of my online order. After waiting for 15 minutes past the schedule pick up time, I asked for a status. A woman behind the counter snapped at me when I asked and said: "It will be on the shelf when it's done." I didn't deserve that response after waiting and watching 7-10 new customers get their order before mine was done, 30 minutes after the original pick up time. It was clear this store was prioritizing in store business ahead of any online orders for some unknown reason. I have not had this experience at other stores. Rating is for poor customer service.

Ordered and paid online on Feb 21 at 455pm. Credit card was billed and pickup time of 545pm. When arrived at this location Enon OH no sandwich. Man at registered said no record of name finished or in works. Showed confirmation on the Subway app he still clueless on order. Told him either the sandwich or refund. Was informed nothing they could do. Raised voice so people in line could hear about this ripoff. A gal that has worked there a while finally said get in line and she would make the sandwich. So after waiting in line finally got sandwich but no reward points. If I hadn't raised my voice so everyone in place could hear doubt I would have gotten any thing.
