We live 10 minutes away yet never knew it was there First time in this evening Greeted promptly by a very pleasant young lady Were told the wait would be 20 minutes Not a problem Gave us a chance to see food being brought to tables!
Less than the expected wait and we were brought to a cute table and she explained the process Read the menu Go to the bar to make order Can’t pass up Shepherds pie so that was my choice My wife saw the fish and chips and it was a beauty Made our drink orders and dinner order to a great guy I believe was the owner
Long story short the beer was good and cold The food was perfect Helped my wife finish her fish It was a big one but couldn’t talk her out of a French fry
This is what every town needs Perfect environment well laid out with great food!

Ones the best places i have found in the dayton area. Locally raised ingredients. The bloody marys are phenomenal. Staff was incredible. Rarely would I recommend a place so highly. But they hit and exceeded every mark. Well done gents.

Great atmosphere and interesting decor to look at while waiting for the food. Unique experience for a fun night dinner. The shepherds pie was delicious, very delicious meat and vegetable filling with an abundance of mashed potatoes.

Visited for the first time last weekend. Happily surprised. Our party had the Bangers & Mash, Fish & Chips, and Shepard's Pie - all terrific. Adrian, the lessor owner to his wife, greeted us at one point, and was very interested and welcoming. There was a slight translation problem when it came to the definition of Football, but we let it slide. Looking forward to bringing more friends, soon.

The food here is delicious. They have the melt in your mouth cod that you can find precious few places outside of the UK. Definitely worth driving to in order to experience it. I had their fish and chips which were beyond excellent. If you are not from around here, as I am not, helpful info as follows: parking is limited, order at the bar, pay at the bar, your table number that you will need when you order is on a wooden spoon at the table. The staff here are super friendly and atmosphere is fun and cozy. I am looking forward to future visits and trying more on their robust menu.

We live 40 minutes away, but it’s so good we’d drive it any day of the week!
We have been many times and have never had a bad dish. Our favorites are the Olive Mash, the Charcuterie Board, the Queen’s BGLT, the Chuggy Burger and the rum cake (you almost need a DD🤣).
The atmosphere is quaint and the service is top-notch. My most recent experience with the last queen and staff was special. My adult daughter’s childhood best friend flew in from Florida to ask my daughter to stand by her as she marries the man of her dreams.
My daughter had absolutely no idea. She simply thought she was meeting her parents for dinner. I reached out to TLQ a week in advance and they were amazing!! The manager even gave me her personal cell AND came in on her day off to make sure it went off without a hitch.
The owner created a “private dining” experience just for us by enclosing an area of the dining room.
They were just wonderful. I cannot brag about the service enough. ♥️

Honestly the best English pub I've been to in a very long time (outside of London) The food is something to write home about. My husband had the Shepherds Pie, which he mentioned several times was amazing. I had the Able burger, also an award winner! And please let's not forget the sticky toffee pudding. Oh and after speaking with the owner, the beef, lamb etc is all local and grass fed and the pudding is made in house. Of course it is! Honestly, go here quickly! Find a reason, any reason, but please do yourself a favor and go. You'll be so happy you did!

Greetings! *** This is an order at the bar establishment ***
We were warmly greeted upon walking in and were told the gimmicks about the establishment, awesome outreach. The selection of beverages is massive and between the four of us we had quite the assortment of food off of their menu, everyone was pleased with their selections. While it is a little out of the way, its a nice drive from base or the 'burbs. High recommend and we will be back.

Trying to find parking is atrocious. Paper straws were unpleasant. Spent about an hour waiting for breakfast to come out and it wasn't even that busy in there. Had to go up to the bar to ask for silverware. Food was not great after all that waiting. I got pancakes with sausage, egg & bacon on top. Wish it was on a bigger plate or atleast the meat separate. Also would of been nice to have my owns syrup because the amount it came with was not enough. Wouldn't recommend.
