Locks their bathroom doors then makes you wait 15 minutes for your order because first they forget your food, then they can’t find the food they sold you. Very disorganized and unwelcoming

unfortunately i have a dairy allergy, and on 9-24-2025 at 3:30, i ordered my drink and sandwhich without dairy (cheese and whipcream) they put the dairy products on both things i ordered although the window lady had it on the ticket. The woman at the window was really kind and even noticed they messed up the drink before handing it to me. even after they fixed my drink and sandwich they put whipcream in the middle of the drink (i suppose to be sneaky) and wrote “you suck” on the cup. They should just learn to read, then things wouldnt need to be remade.

When I mean these wonderful baristas are raising the bar & Setting the standards For third-party Delivery🫡 straight clutch💪🏾 I Had an add-on and they wanted me to double back to pick up an order when I was getting ready to literally pass the restaurant🙄 I accepted the order anyways, in hopes that they would have the order ready, A little earlier than expected which was A lot to ask for given the time of day 😅🙏🏾🙌🏾🙃 But when I hit that door and I seen that order Ready🤯🙏🏾🙌🏾 I did not hesitate to let them know how clutch they were !!!!! I’ve done well over 5000 deliveries and let me tell you!!! That has to be record breaking time!!! You guys rock! 😎

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over a year. Today was the worst experience I’ve had. Did an online mobile order for In store pick up, when I got to the store the door was locked. They staff wanted me to wait in the drive through line to pick up my order. What is the point of doing an online mobile order for in store pick up??

Stopped in for a coffee, we are driving to the southwest. Staff was very friendly! Gave me advice on weather, etc. Very clean, the staff was efficient and worked well together and were welcoming and friendly!

I go to this Starbucks often through the drive through, I always order a sweetened green tea with classic syrup, today 4/23/25 I ordered that and when I got home I notice it had a strange smell, so I took a sip hoping it was just me smelling something weird but nope it was the green tea it tasted as bad as it smelled, very rancid, the tea was also darker in color and usually it’s a light yellow this was brown. Sad I didn’t get my favorite drink today and didn’t have time to drive back to Starbucks however I hope the employees pay attention to know when to brew fresh teas. 😔

I wanna give a shoutout to CARAL because we went there before our trip there was 6 of us that ordered and half of them were custom and caral might of been annoyed but he did an amazinggggg job with our order it was perfect caral is the GOAT FR MANNNN
