I went to this store today to place a order for food that came to 30$ then i remembered i had a receipt from 2 weeks ago that they had messed up a order and i asked them if we could fix this that i had the receipt and i had called in so Victor this crummy manager crumbled up the receipt in my face and said no 2 weeks was to long. I was furious that he crumbled a ticket up in my face. I will never be back!!

Had a slight issue with an item missing and pulled away without checking my bag like a dummy. Called the store and was able to come in with my receipt and get it straightened out quick with no issue. Extremely friendly and helpful staff; gotta appreciate good service ?

We were in town for a funeral. Not many places in town for an early lunch. This was perfect. Beef N Cheddar with fries and cold drink was delicious, even with the cold weather. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Crispy chicken sandwiches were very tasty. Service was fast and accurate. The restaurant is old and could use an upgrade. Parking is adequate.

Decided to go there to try the Waygu burger. DONT DO IT, was undercooked, way over sauce, and bun was the chewiest piece of bread I have ever had. Fries were okay. Service was good. Took food from and wasn't going back for a refund. I rather eat a quarter pounder from McDonald's and I past two of the to get to the Broad St Arby's. I don't like McDonald's at all.I can not respond to your click this link. Because the link isn't working. I don't want anything, just letting you know you need to up your game on the food. I would not go back if you offered me free food for a year.

Saved our lunchtime to specifically eat at this Arbys while doing our monthly visit to Wright Patt.Disappointing all the way around.Staff not nearly as friendly as a month ago. Really off putting with attitude.Drinks were not available because the carbonation was broke.The bathroom was distrusting with brown water on the floor and the sink with something nasty in it.With my brisquet sandwich, I asked for my fried onions on the side and was absolutely floored by the tablespoon of these onion flakes. I can’t imagine that is the amount that corporate Arbys prescribes for this ‘was-great-sandwich’.You would think with the carbonation out and the silly drink situation there would be management that could think on their feet, make deductions to assist in the dilemmas, not compound them.I guess the overhead is so tight on this restaurant and the management so strict - it’s time to go the the Wendy’s next door.
