I went in the drive-thru expecting a regular fast food experience, but Adam was so energetic that it brought a smile to my face. He was knowledgeable too, and he helped me get just the order I wanted. I didn't think I'd get such high levels of service, but I'm glad I did; Adam did a great job and it was really nice.
Sure would be nice if they would make my food as ordered and put the extra items on my sandwich that I asked for, and that they confirmed and charged me for... I could understand the mistake if they were busy but the parking lot and drive thru was nearly empty. But I guess it's on me to verify before I leave the parking lot. The food and service is good otherwise.
Cashier struggled to get our order rung up, and there was no one to help her. That's not her fault. If she was new, she should have had help. Took a while to get our food, but at least it was hot. Expensive for what it was.
