Arby's really frustrates me...they used to be one of the best fast food chains around, but unfortunately, their food, or more to the point - the quality of the food, has really gone down hill. In their TV ads, they always say that they have the meats, but in reality, their sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, but more expensive.

I suppose the same thing could be said about alot of other fast food chains, but I think Arby's is the worst with...

I eat here for lunch at least once a month and the staff are amazing every single time!! I just wanted to let them know that awesome customer service is soo appreciated and my lunch today was fantastic!! Thank you

I went in the drive-thru expecting a regular fast food experience, but Adam was so energetic that it brought a smile to my face. He was knowledgeable too, and he helped me get just the order I wanted. I didn't think I'd get such high levels of service, but I'm glad I did; Adam did a great job and it was really nice.
