Workers was nice but the play area was filthy - and not just for the day dirty but like weeks of not cleaning everything sticky and dirty 🤮

It's been quite some time since a visit like this occurred. What was a classic menu item was chosen with a simple addition. There was a certain expectation of melted delishness. Sadly, a key necessity was missing from the experience. The Whopper, Jr. with cheese was cold. Tasty, but cold. Sometimes, revisiting the past brings unexpected disappointments.

I don't eat out much but today I did. I had a very good experience at burger King! The food was awesome, fast service, and the employee's i delt with were very professional!

March 14,2024, approximately 3:45pm. We were hungry for a Whopper and stopped here. When we entered there were 2 employees working at a counter with their backs to us. After standing there a few minutes one finally turned around and told us that he didn’t know who was working the counter then he walked to the back. We figured he went to get someone. No such luck! He came back and proceeded to finish what he was doing when we walked in. Did not say a word to us about someone being on the way. Stood there a few more minutes and walked out. Went across the parking lot to Wendy’s and were waited in immediately.

How are you gonna run out of wopper buns and and then up charge me for a different bun when it’s your problem that you’re out of buns. Totally unacceptable!! Also the manager on duty and general manager is the worst! Do better Fairborn Burger King! I am so upset bc Burger King is my favorite fast food and for the manager not being able to come up with a fix for Her problem blows my mind. Trash trash trash

Obviously not the smartest bunch working at this location bc they can only take advantage of loyal customers! YOU CAN JUST NOT RING IN THE BUN SINCE YOURE OUT OF THE WOPPER BUNS!!

Usually good stuff! Staff do their best and are friendly. But if we ask for everything except ketchup on our burgers, please put everything on our burgers lol. It's challenging to get home, open the wrapping and see nothing but meat, bacon, and cheese lol.

I'm so done with these terrible burger kings. I go at lunch time, the guys in the window is so rude, looks like he has something crawling in his behind. He doesn't even great me, just aggressively passes my drink to me, then passes the bag without saying a word. I made some very rude comments back and left. The food, cold and literally thrown together, my child could do better.

I swore I would never eat Burger King again after going to the Indian Ripple location in Beavercreek. I was at Menards and saw this location thinking they all can't be bad. What a difference. Food was hot and fresh with great service. The music was even great.

Absolutely unacceptable!!
Pulled in at 7:00 and to go inside to eat but NO they can't be bothered to open the dining room. A family in a minivan pulled in right behind me with two adults and four kids and they tried to go inside too. A restaurant is expected to be open on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. for inside dining.
It saddens me to see Burger King in such financial dire straits but this is probably why! Do your job!
As you can tell I'm quite ticked off because my entire plan for the day and my dinner for the day is now shot because Burger King can't hold up their of the bargain.
