I go to this Burger King almost every morning to get my kids French toast, sticks, and I get an iced coffee with some sort of a sandwich or deal through the app and I will say that this is the best location that I’ve been to quick friendly and your staff members that work in the morning are on pointevery day that I’ve been through here I praise them for their hard work

I personally would like to say thank the servers in Burger King Dayton Yellow springs road I suffer anaphylaxis from artificial sweeteners the server went above and beyond checking ingredients on the SpongeBob meal items turns out I can’t drink the slush booo but I was soo grateful to her double checking everything thank you!!

Why am I paying in excess of $3 for a medium fry when, and I quote, I am told “the cook was too busy to salt these, so there’s salt in your bag.
Its literally your JOB to do this
You guys charge SO MUCH for food now and service like this is a spit in the face to customers. I’d do the survey on the receipt but no one at corporate cares about complaints for this store AT ALL

Thomas was great in the drive thru. Ordered some kids meals and added something at the first window. Thomas was great and even offered crowns for the kids. Really appreciate his approach and professionalism.

Honestly just awful did a doordash order and everything was completely wrong and even got out drinks wrong not the first time it happened either this is completely pathetic

The best BK around, everything I ordered was picture perfect, nothing overcooked, I heard about this location through word of mouth, so I traveled to it and will be doing so from now on!

Restaurant supposed to be open till 2:00 came here at 1:40 and it was closed

Be careful when ordering combos. Trying to say that there is extra $1 charge for a soda. The soda is pictured with the meal on the menu board. I went to Wendy's next door got the same exact meal, and saved $3.16.

Air-conditioning didn't work so good and it's hot out I should of ate in the car.

Sitting at the open window and we here multiple female employees complaining about the woman who was ordering behind us. Very unprofessional. Food was mid and onion rings wernt cooked through.

Workers was nice but the play area was filthy - and not just for the day dirty but like weeks of not cleaning everything sticky and dirty 🤮

It's been quite some time since a visit like this occurred. What was a classic menu item was chosen with a simple addition. There was a certain expectation of melted delishness. Sadly, a key necessity was missing from the experience. The Whopper, Jr. with cheese was cold. Tasty, but cold. Sometimes, revisiting the past brings unexpected disappointments.
