Cassano's Pizza King

I ordered a pick up tonight. The quality of the food was amazing!! Tasted good. Only downside was I waited longer than I was told. But overall the staff was friendly towards me. 10/10 gonna come here again

First off I don’t like to complain . I work in the restaurant business. So you really got to drop the ball for me to say something. I got to tell you this was a special experience. I phoned in a pick up order. They said it would be 30 minutes. I went to pick it up. I stood there for 45 minutes after I paid for my pizza. They were busy, the people working didn’t seem to care about the people waiting and it was a lot of people. Some of the other customers were really getting impatient and rude which in turn made the employees really move slow and not want to get things done at all . You could here them threatening to quit ,walk out ,cursing etc.. .I left without my pizza after I paid because I decided I didn’t probably wanna eat anything coming out of there, I worked in the restaurant industry for 35 years so I know what goes on back there ,and it wasn’t anything good . I surely wasn’t eating anything coming out of there . I knew I wasn’t gonna get my money back because the manager wouldn’t even come out there. he tried to give a guy his money back for a beer that they couldn’t pour because the draft was not working, he couldn’t do that. He’s said he would have to call somebody to try to give him his money back. So I paid and left without my pizza or my money back. I would warn everyone to stay far away from that place. It’s special. Like short bus special. Consider my $16 dollars a donation. I certainly won’t be back. After hearing the employees talking I know that will makes them happy.

Didnt happened to me but watched a pretty upset customer come in wanting a remake on the pizza as he was given the wrong pizza and lucas handled that absolutely perfect the wat a manager shouldve handled it! And I got so much respect for this cassanos! Amazing customer service!!

The pizza tastes different then it used to. It no longer tastes like Cassonos. We won't be ordering again

First time visiting this location. The cashier taking the order was very friendly and kind. This particular time was dining in. Pizza was ok but nothing really that good. Decided to go there because of the late hour. Probably won't dine again.

Still my favorite pizza.

Waited for 50 minutes,pizza was done and in warmer oven for 25 minutes no one called me when it was ready like manager said he would finally I went and asked and he got it from warmer oven,pizza was terrible,the manager didn't act like he cared. Vic Cassano would not be proud...bad experience

Awful! Ordered online ahead and set pickup time. Arrived before pickup time, checked in and waited for 30 minutes. Then they informed me that they couldn’t find my order (after me being there for 30 minutes….they should have just quick made it!)
My husband and toddler were in the car waiting- we ended up canceling the order and leaving hungry. Horrible horrible.
The manager couldn’t have seemed to care less either.

i ordered a timed order for pickup at 8pm through the call center. the order was 3 large pizzas for pick up at 8pm. i called back less than 5 minutes to make a change to the order to use coupons. a different call center associate altered and confirmed the changes i made. the altered order was 2 separate timed orders; first order was 2 large pizzas and second order was 1 extra large pizza, both for pick up at 8pm. i arrived at 8:10pm, the restaurant associate said only the 1 extra large pizza was placed for pick and no other orders. i explained the timeline of my order and the alterations. he said the restaurant wasn’t able to make any changes to orders placed via call center only the call center had that ability. when the restaurant associate returned, I paid for both of the orders and he assured me the 2 large pizzas would be ready very shortly
he offered a beverage while I waited. I kindly declined because he assured me the wait would not be long. and i waited at the counter. i actually ended up waiting for over 30 minutes.
the pizzas were finally given to me at 8:42pm.
from start to finish the experience was unpleasant. nothing about the ordering process was simplistic or convenient. the experience was annoying, convoluted, and the inconveniences were easily avoidable. i’m not confident in the capabilities of Cassanos and I will be hesitant in my future orders.

Will never go to Fairborn Cassano's again and never refer anyone's there.

I ALWAYS hit this spot when I'm back home. This is the BEST pizza in the Dayton area. Place was busy and packed, but the staff was nice and was working hard to get the pizzas out !!! Will ALWAYS return !!!

Bought 2 small pizzas. Pepperoni and a deluxe. Was very good. Got there early and pizzas were almost done. Great place

Love this little spot but it is not handicap friendly nor does it have a changing table for kids. Changing a child at your table or on the floor in the bathroom is your only option. The food is always fresh, hot and the employees are always super sweet. I was told that When you pay with your credit card and leave a tip, it goes to the store not the employees.

Kid-friendliness: No changing table. No activities for kids to do. They serve alcohol. The restaurant is always clean, the food is good and the staff very friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you have someone to open all the doors for you. The bathrooms have no rails to hold onto. So I would not say this is a handicap friendly atmosphere.

Haven't had Cassano's in about 8yrs since I've moved to Columbus we were visiting in Fairborn nd I wanted some do we went in nd ate enjoyed every bite. When I luv'd in Fairborn as a teen we went there nd hung out at the pizza king almost every night did our homework there at times played the juke box in 65 now nd I wish they had them up here in Columbus.
