Consistently stale chips, brown guac, and re-heated/older meat thats pushing the limits of shelf life. Staff understandably look dead inside, but come on…
The is on and off depending upon the person working that shift. When you get a good worker, they give you equal serving amounts and aren't overly sloppy as if you did something to them.
Food seems to always be made incorrect from this location. Doesn't seem like they took ownership of the situation or offered to make the item the correct way after it was brought to their attention. Won't be ordering from this location again unfortunately.
I had the best tacos ever!
Actually one of the best locations around. I drive from Springfield to here almost four times a week and never have a problem.
Also there are two in Springfield and I still prefer to drive to this one because the other two suck lol
Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Said that they didn’t have corn yet the drive-through was getting corn the whole time. When asked about this, she said it was only for drive-through customers?!? Should I have went through the drive-through to get the corn that I wanted? What a joke. Extremely dirty counters. Nasty Unpleasant staff.
The preparer was totally rude. I had just found out a dear friend died just before I walked in. Michelle R made I mess on an order and was listening to my phone call and said if u fontinute to complain I won’t give you your food. I had made a comment she had drug the bottom of one bowl through the sour cream. Very unsanitary. I replied you will give me my food then I’ll leave.
I frequently go to this chipotle but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had the lady’s making my food were very rude and didn’t even let me finish what I was saying before they started slinging stuff on the bowl the only good thing at that chipotle was the cashier Ryan he made sure I got everything I asked for and was very nice and on top of everything! More employees should be like him
If you have any allergy do NOT eat at this location. I watch them take temperatures of the food. The lady took the prob and stuck it in each food item with out even washing it off. I have a avocado allergy. I asked her what about people with allergies as my bowl was getting made. She looked at me rolled her eyes and kept going. I went to my car and took benadryl before eating me food. Ive never had an issue with another location.

For the longest time this place was horrible….and horrible is probably an understatement. Rice was often undercooked, portions were small, line was slow even with only a couple people ahead of you, and the flavor was hit and miss. I gave it another shot a little over a month ago, have been back multiple times since, and it seems to be much improved. I do go inside to order instead of the drive thru fwiw. For the longest time it seemed like they couldn’t keep anyone employed for more than a week, now i see familiar faces every time i go.
Better place for carry out too as there are only a few seats where you’re not awkwardly eating literally just 6 inches from the line to order.

Just spent 22 minutes in the drive through picking up an order of one burrito and one drink. When I got to the window, I could see my order ready on the shelf, but the employee continued making another order. When he finished, I gave him my name and he gave me the bag without checking if I had a drink. Before I could get his attention, he closed the window and started making another order. I was ignored until he finished 1 or 2 more orders. When he opened the window, I asked for my drink, so he started pouring it, and then WENT BACK TO MAKING OTHER ORDERS. After he finished, he finished my drink and handed it to me without a word. Horrible customer service. They should always ask the name of the person at the window FIRST so they can hand them their order if it's ready, or prioritize it if it's not. That way, the line in the drive through doesn't wrap around the building and take 22 minutes. This will get everyone through faster than just blindly making orders between every other action at the window.

Order was ready earlier than promised, but I waited outside of the drive-thru window for about 5-10 minutes before i went inside to get my mobile order.

Quality here has gone way downhill. Chips were so stale I had to get a refund. Hot sauce was so much spicier than normal.

They were out of chicken, steak, and brown rice while ordering in person. Ordered a bag of chips with about 10 chips in the bag. Limited selection for a Wednesday night at 6:30pm.
