Chipotle Mexican Grill

my first time at this location tonight and it is the BEST chipotle bowl i have EVER tasted!!!! the food is SEASONED AT THIS LOCATION 20/10!!!!! the workers were so nice it smelled good and the store was soooo clean! i will go out of my way to be back!!!! whoever is handling the seasonings at this location needs a bonus!!

It’s not a race, your employees are not a NASCAR pit crew. I understand people are impatient but the employees slinging food (except, of course the protein which they put as little as possible in) to get people thru as quick as they can its nuts.
This was a nice Chipotle when it first opened, but it’s just like the rest of the Dayton locations - Not worth going to

This is the best Chipotle in the area in my experience. I drive a little further because the mobile order drive-thru is convenient, my order is always ready on-time at pickup, and they consistently get my order right compared to the other locations (N Fairfield and Col Glenn).

Dirty. Food portions were alright but the line was very unclean. There was a giant dead horsefly in the sour cream and the worker didn’t seem to care. There were food scraps all over the place.

Used to be good here but my past 3 orders have been severely lacking rice. You know...the cheapest ingredient? Other than that it's business as usual and the taste is consistent with the rest of the chain. Just inconsistent with amounts

I understand watching portions to maintain the bottom line, but the serving portions were even stingier than normal. Very little left in the containers after a busy crowd and they were too lazy to go get more to make an order.

My visit to this Chipotle location left me feeling satisfied and ready to tackle the rest of my day. The portions were appropriate and the staff were exceptional. I was fortunate to have been served by Lilli, who was very kind and respectful. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for high quality food and service.

Never got greeted she came up front and changed about 10 pans of food. NEVER said anything to me and the lady behind me. She could have said give me a minute and I will be right with you, it's not that hard, or find a different job.

Workers very rushed & rude. I asked for my receipt from the person who checked me out and he throws his hands up dramatically & says “it’s in the bag!!!” It was not in the bag. Even if it was, an insane way to treat a customer.

The meat was like chewing on an old car tire.... Smh...

Consistently stale chips, brown guac, and re-heated/older meat thats pushing the limits of shelf life. Staff understandably look dead inside, but come on…

The is on and off depending upon the person working that shift. When you get a good worker, they give you equal serving amounts and aren't overly sloppy as if you did something to them.
