Me and my family came in yesterday to get something to eat following the Open House at the school. First, the ordering process was difficult. The man at counter barely spoke louder than a whisper. Didn’t receive cups, so we had to go back and retrieve them. The order didn’t come out for about 25 minutes and when it did come, it was missing the ice cream I ordered so another trip to the counter was made. When my 5 year old opened her burger there were 4 pickles when I requested none. It even said “no pickles” on the receipt. There were several other families at the counter with similar issues and two employees + the manager just sitting and eating on what appeared to be their break. Oblivious to what was going on around them. The manger was on her phone another employee was on a tablet. This is disappointing to not only the customer but your fellow employee. Horrible service, horrible customer pork ethic of employees/management, horrible wait times.

We had our food within 15 minutes and Vanessa was super friendly when she handed our food and talked to our 18 month old boy! Kisha took our order and everything was perfect! Aston was the manger on duty and was fabulous!One of our favorites!!

They are rude and the don’t even give you ice cream and they over charge you the staff is shitting literally need new managers or something

Don't ever go to this DQ peaple don't take pride in there jobs i sat and waited for a hour for a hamburger and fries when store wasn't busy at all two people in lobby and nobody in line poor service

Maybe busy night,… I know weather sucks but when it’s not like a missing item or two we didn’t have 2-3 fries an onion ring it had ingredients we didn’t want… they were rude when my husband came in. And yea we would won’t come back if we don’t like it. Crap management

I ordered the 2 with a large drink. And pup cup I was asked to pull forward. They brought me my food no fry I went back in. The girl with all the peircings. Said. I asked u if everything was correct on the screen. Then she gave me a small regular fry
.I get back to the car there is nothing hardly in thr pup cup so I go to take it back in and say I am so sorry but could I please get the rest of the pup cup. Even the other employees were like why did u make it thay small a customer is at the back booth she said what is that suppose to be I side a pup cup the girl with thr piercing went over to the table. And I guess felt the need to start talking and say I guess u can't please everyone how unprofessional. And i was walking away so i didnt hear the rest of what was said.First of all. If I am paying for something I should get it. But to talk about another a customer like that..... it's just wow. ..
I'll be calling head quarters.... and of course. They didn't give me my aide of the cookie dough I ordered but I don't feel like going back in just to have someine talk more crap... next time I'll just go somewhere else. Not here agian

They have good service

I have been here a few times as I live in the area. Staff are unfriendly and genuinely just straight up rude sometimes, food is incredibly mediocre at best and often comes melted or cold. They blast horrible Christian music and refuse to change it (I want to know who I need to talk to get the music changed), and I know from second-hand experience that they treat most of their employees like cattle at best. Managers need fired here and replaced ASAP. Again, if this wasn't dissuading enough, do not waste your time and money here!

The young man who took my order absolutely killed it, he was so kind, and had a really positive attitude! I asked for extra candy in my blizzard and he did not disappoint! It doesn't happen every time, but this young man did a fantastic job!
