Sometimes staff is snooty. Other than that this is my morning fave. I love the maple cream filled. And the brown sugar shaking espresso with cold foam.. 😋 yuuummmmy

Had to pull up to wait minutes for my other coffee that was forgotten about, my fiance had to go in and remind them what he'd ordered and have them remake the 1st coffee they tried to be hand him that wasn't made to order. Once made correctly the coffees were good, my cup wasn't as full as it could have been.

My husband order our food one of the sandwiches was supposed to have ex Extra piece of sausage and didnt the receipt clearly shows extra piece of sausage work says it is right which he ended up paying for another to get the extra sausage and this is not first time messing up our order so guess they have just lost a customer

I come to this Dunkin' most mornings! It's my favorite of all the locations. The line moves quick and as often as I've come I'm always met with smiles and an awesome cold brew to start my day! Jordan is so much fun, my daughter and I love her quirky lines!

I will start by saying in the drive thru I have never had any issues. My problem is that I went inside this particular time and there was a man cleaning, he directed me to the register where he said someone would help me. He was friendly but the rest of the staff and there were several employees did not acknowledge my existence. I stood there almost 10 minutes without any of them taking my order. Nobody helped me, and I told my daughter I wasn't going to stick around any longer. As I was leaving that nice gentleman offered to help me and apologized but at that point I'm not staying around further. The drinks are good and they always give my dogs pup cups, so I will be back but only in the drive thru

I have had the absolute worst experiences here the last 2 times I went. I ALWAYS ask for light ice. They filled it to the very top with ice. There was hardly any cold foam that I paid extra for because of all the ice. They literally filled the cup to the TOP with ice. I was on my way to work and of course I didn't notice it until I went to take a sip sitting at the light near by. I called to get my order replaced. Was told to come in and say I spoke to Jordan. So I did so. Then they said there was no note so they couldn't replace it. Called the next day. Spoke to Trent. Who told me to come in and get it. I came in to get it and was then told that I could not receive my order without the product or receipt even though this was 2 days later. And it only took that long because they refused to give me the replacement 2 times!! ABSOLUTELY INSANELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! THE WORST!!!
Happy crew, fast, accurate! Cold Brew delicious along with breakfast roll! A great treat!

I’ve been a regular for years now. I’ve noticed only a select few employees are great at their jobs, and maintain a positive attitude. But lately when I come through, I get a lot of bad attitude and my drinks are either super watered down or super strong and hard to drink. I don’t want to stop going, but lately I’m afraid that I’m gonna get terrible service.
