When you order less ice in your coffee you have no clue how much you're getting. Got 3 less ice coffees. One was full while the other two were not even close.

This Dunkin kicks butt. Always busy, but always friendly and pretty quick. Recently waited longer than usual, and they insisted on giving me a free donut. Haven’t had a fast food experience like that in years.

I went to this location and because I asked for a little less ice in my coffee I was given a half of a large coffee. When asking that they top it off because I paid for a large coffee I was told they could not help me because their machine decides how much coffee goes in the cup when I suggested to add cold brew I was told that they could not do that they could only add milk🤬😡 you’ve got to be kidding me this is the only location I’ve ever had problems with. A complete waste of time and money. I will not be going back.

coffee did not taste good. You have to use a self-service kiosk which is intentionally confusing, hides prices, and tries to make you spend more than you're meaning to. Also prices have increased drastically. Sizes have also gotten smaller since I was last at dunkin's. Donut cream filling tasted watered down somehow. Breakfast sandwich left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Honestly I'm really disappointed. I haven't had Dunkin donuts since pre covid so I was hoping for a good experience. I used to go here before because it was a cheap alternative to Starbucks, but you might as well just go there now. The staff were however very nice and the facilities were clean.

Me and my sister stopped by on 10/17/25 at around 2pm and the gentleman who took our order was very friendly. And the lady who gave us our food was super nice. The team at this Dunkin definitely deserves a raise. 10/10

The girl taking my order was super sweet, understanding and funny! I walked from my work to this location, so I was a sweaty hot mess and a wreck. She was so nice!!! She genuinely made my morning better, so I gifted her my pink Labubu because she was so kind (trying to narrow it down to where she gets recognized for her hard work). Even though I can't remember her name for the life of me (forgive me, I'm exhausted!), she also deserves a raise. Working early morning sucks, so I respect that.
This location is also very good with their quality. I love coming here. :)

My food was terrible! I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with hashbrown. My bagel was hard as a rock and the hashbrown tasted like cardboard. I will never eat here again.

I ordered sour dough breakfast sandwiches! They looked so good. But they were not grilled. Not even toasted. I even waited with a smile. The bread is not sour dough. It’s wheat at best.
