Placed online order. Wasn't ready when I went to pick up. And my am superfood bowl was in cup fulled less than half way. Very disappointing from one of my favorite breakfast restaurants.

I don't typically write reviews and have always had a good experience at other locations but unfortunately our service here earlier today was laughably bad. We started out just ordering drinks since we needed more time with the menu and when we received them we realized that we did not get straws which alone is a very minor thing, but it took our server at least 15-20 minutes to come back to our table for our food orders at which point we asked for straws. The food that we did receive was as good as expected but there must have been a royal mixup in BOH with our orders because the food was significantly different from what we ordered. My boyfriend ordered the steak and egg hash with scrambled eggs and no sides or substitutions but received over easy eggs and a piece of gluten free bread (the dish is listed as coming with parmesan ciabatta which he was excited to try) as well as a side of million dollar bacon? We were genuinely so confused and my order was even more messed up but the server who handed it out (who was different from our original server which probably contributed to the confusion) believed everything to be correct. I am vegetarian and ordered the traditional breakfast without meat and received a plate of bacon and mixed greens... she said she thought I ordered no eggs and to sub for greens which again I have no idea how such a thing could have been interpreted, especially considering our receipt had everything listed correctly. We just asked for mine to be redone since I couldn't eat it and she ended up pulling out her own notepad to retake my order which was really weird to me considering she could have just talked to our actual server. She offered to sub the meat for greens which I was fine with. The second time around it was our server who came by with my order but it was just eggs and potatoes with no toast or greens. She said the toast was "still coming out" which was kind of odd since I wouldn't expect toast to be something that takes long but I never ended up receiving it. She did not apologize for or even mention the mixup with both of our orders, which leads me to believe the other server did not tell her about what happened. Our server also did not check in on us after receiving our food and only came by once to drop off the check. It was near closing time at this point so we didn't want to make a fuss but it's pretty upsetting paying full price for incorrect orders with missing items even after having it remade. I could understand more if we had arrived later and stayed past close but we came right around 1:30 and left a few minutes before 2:30. I really don't think I've ever received such poor service at a restaurant and it's clear there are some major communication issues among the staff since the order mixup could have easily been avoided or at least better amended. Overall a really bizarre experience that left us frustrated and not wanting to return to this location.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location, but it’s the worst First Watch I’ve ever experienced. From now on I will be driving a little further to go to a different location. I am a big First Watch fan because the food is always delicious and very consistent across locations. That is not the case here. They water down their grits so terribly you could drink them. I’ve had more than one egg sandwich with a stale bun. Whether I pay for an add on like goat cheese or simply ask them to go light on an ingredient, there’s only a 50/50 chance I’ll get what I ordered. Management needs to get a handle on quality control.

Very nice restaurant. There are so many choices on the menu. Every item was prepared per order. Hot and delicious.

Dietary restrictions: The waitress asked if anyone had allergy or diet restrictions.

Great food and pick 2 lunch specials a great deal. Only complaint was 2 of us ordered the same sandwich, and my half didn't have the same ingredients...

My go to breakfast spot. Great selection including healthy options. They are also good about substitutions for allergies.

Breakfast food was burnt and hard potatoes. I've been eating First Watch in different cities and states. I don't know if it was our culture that just so happened to receive the not fresh burnt millions dollar potatoes, but I would not recommend people that look like me to not visit this place at all.
Yuk!🥴😵‍💫🫤😕😟🤔
We are none confrontational people so we didn't say nor mention anything to the waiter we just looked at one another and knew what it was once we receive our ordered our breakfast wasn't made/cooked all together and serve to us all together we receive our order piece by piece coming to the table piece by piece.🤔😟😕🫤😵‍💫🥴🤦🏾‍♀️

We called ahead, logged in on line wait list, showed up early and announced our arrival. Waited in parking lot for 30mins. We did all we were supposed to! And the host lady says she was sorry and it was going to be another 45mins , while our 80yr old father had to wait in the cold? Such a total breakdown in communication! We are not happy and ruined our family outing of 12 people!
Why do you even offer on line waiting list if your not going to honor it? So bob Evans got our business across the parking lot!
Wish your hosting process was beter! HUGE INCONVENIENCE TO 12 PEOPLE! THANKS FOR WASTING OUR TIME !
ITS B.S.

make all the arrangements in advance only to change the plan at the last minute was very upsetting! If I could, I would have fired the host on the spot for this complete waste of my time and effort to make a 80yr old man happy on his 60th anniversary! For last of better words, I can only say that last Sunday SUCKED

WAY over priced.

Walked in and they said it would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I asked my place in line and they said I had 2 more ahead of me. Get it together.

Normally I love First Watch, but today we were sat at a table and waited for about 10 minutes before anybody came to our table. They were busy…ok. But my food was completely cold, waffle, eggs and bacon. All cold. Probably will not return since I paid almost $40 in cold food. Also your new caramel coffee drink, is just sweet Milk, for $5.59. Wow!

Great food and lovely service every time. Accommodated my party of 6 very easily. There is usually a wait, but their app makes it easy to get on the wait list before hand, so we can head over when they're ready to seat you.
