We came from Dayton to get the Muffulettas for lunch, however the server said they had ran out of the bread for those. We told our server that we would get pizza and salad instead. After eating she gave us the bill and she had a bag. She said the kitchen had found the bread and since we had came for the Muffulettas the kitchen felt bad so they made us the sandwiches for FREE! THAT'S WHAT WE CALL GREAT SERVICE!!

Seems to be a lose lose with this place every-time. My family has ate here since I was a child, I am now in my late 30’s. I don’t know what has happened to the quality and customer service, but I absolutely cringe calling in a carryout order. I’ve been met with the rudest customer service the last 3 occasions. It’s really ruined the childhood memories this place has held with me. Do better, if you don’t want to be in food service don’t.

Wasn't expecting much from outside, but upon entry the place was packed. Food took a bit to arrive, but it was SO TOTALLY WORTH IT. Servers are awesome, being truthful about wait times, offering some some good clean jokes and let's just say I felt like I was with friends going there.
Gf got the lasagna and I got a 9 inch Italian meat lovers. Couldn't eat it all in one sitting with how much toppings were on that thing.
Add in the fact that this place actually helps feed people in need, I gotta say, this is the best pizza/pasta place I've been to EVER.
DEFINATLY WILL BE GOING BACK! SCOTT, YOU ARE AWESOME! Next time I come, im bringing camping gear and crashing on the roof so I dont have to drive home stuffed.

Never ordering here again. Ordered chicken Alfredo, the chicken was very dry and their was barely any sauce. On the website it says it came with a salad and bread, we did not get our bread. We called about the bread and they said it doesn't come with it, no biggie that's fine I guess. Got to my salad and their was an old tomato in it and I found a hair. Paid too much for all this bs.

I tried to go here for lunch. When the waitress came to my table, I told her that I would also like to place my order. She said she could not do that she had to get 3 or 4 other tables drinks and their orders before she could take mine. I never heard of anything like that so I left.
It is probably a good place to go in large groups, but I would not recommend going there by yourself.

The food is not as good as it was years ago. The pizza was just okay. The lasagna and fettuccine was just awful. Servers and staff were very nice, but they were not really busy and the wait for the food was to long. My family will not be going back.
Delicious food but most importantly kind owners. Them offering to feed those affected by the shutdown and loss of SNAP benefits is something we need to see more of in the world. Thank you Giovanni's! See you all soon.
