I made a mistake and posted a review for another restaurant here (orange chicken). The owner was VERY kind & professional and GENTLY corrected me because they don't serve orange chicken at this establishment. Now, I'm intrigued and very curious... I'm gonna have to pay a visit to this restaurant. With owners like that, I bet the food and service are great!!! 😊

This is by far my favorite restaurant that I have been to since living in Ohio. If I was able to I would eat here daily. It's absolutely worth every penny.

We ordered miso ramen and their spicy ramen and both were delicious. We also ordered their chashu fries and that was good too. They have boardgames so my husband and I played Battleship while waiting for our food. I also love that their women's bathroom has a freestanding changing table so it was easy to give my baby a diaper change.

Overall, it's a great place with great food. It's the perfect place to go on a cold rainy day!

Dined in tonight for the first time in forever. I’ve given this place a ton of chances (mostly carry out) but it’s just never been good.
Had a shellfish allergy in our party and ordered bao buns but then was told after ordering that they only have 1 fryer so shrimp was being fried with everything else
Had the tantanman ramen and it tasted like a bowl of sesame paste, way too strong
Also had the wrong udon made vs what was ordered. Tried the wrong one but still did not taste good
I want to like this place but after years of trying it periodically, it’s just never been good at all

what ever

Won't be going there again. To my left the one employee was hanging out and cuddling with his girlfriend, on my right our sever was sprawled out over two chairs in her pajamas and made the impression that she hated being there.
I asked for the korean-Chinese menu, ordered from that menu and after a wait time she came back telling me they don't do this menu on fridays or saturdays, stared at me and then went: so do you need the other menu again or what?. Extremely unprofessional. It doesn't say so on either the menu or website. Very disappointing.
They food was mediocre at best, the server did not once came by to ask if everything is okay, instead she was sitting there talking with another worker about his issues in his personal life.
Overall very disappointing experience.

I have been going here over the past year after I found they served Katsu-Don. My first bite took me back to 1995 Okinawa. I Love this place and even though I haven't tried the Ramen, I guarantee it is amazing as well.

I tried Hoshi Ramen and left really disappointed. The broth was bland with no depth of flavor at all, which is the heart of a good bowl of ramen. Typically, you expect layers of richness… pork bones simmered down into a creamy tonkotsu broth, miso adding earthy depth, or shoyu bringing a savory, slightly smoky punch. Instead, this just tasted flat, almost like lightly seasoned hot water.

The pork was another letdown. There was very little of it, and what they did serve wasn’t the rolled, melt-in-your-mouth chashu you usually find at a ramen shop. It came across as a shortcut, more like thin slices tossed in without care.

Service was ok, but I came here for the flavor, and it just wasn’t there. Ramen should be comforting and full-bodied, with toppings that feel intentional and a broth that makes you want to drink every last drop. Sadly, this felt like a very lazy version of what ramen should be.
