Hoshii Ku Nai Ramen would be more apt. I ordered tonkutsu ramen and fried chicken. Tap water with a table spoon of salt would be creamier and more flavorful than this soup. The fried chicken had a nice crunch but was slightly dry and was not served with any sauce.

Heard about this restaurant from family and as a ramen enthusiast, I was really excited to try it. The restraint itself was really cute and they seem to sell some cute cups and bowls too. We decided to do pickup due to the weather, but the restaurant looks like a cute spot to eat in. We ended up ordering the chashu fries, tonkotsu ramen and miso ramen with a side of kimchi and a side of extra chashu pork.
Pros: The food was hot and the noodles were separated from the broth for good delivery. The meat was also very soft and flavorful and the noodles themselves had a great chew. The toppings that came with the ramen were also pretty good. The fries were amazing. They came with cheese and roasted pork and were probably the best thing we got.
Cons: The food wasn't labeled and the tonkotsu and miso ramens have exactly the same ingredients, so it was pretty difficult to figure out who's food was who's. We were also only given one fork and spoon to share between two bowls. The overall cost of the meal was also pretty expensive, almost $60 for two bowls of ramen, fries, kimchi and extra meat. The meat was the best part, but was severely lacking. We each got 3 small pieces of meat. The soup base was okay, but seemed to have a slightly burnt/bitter flavor and it was missing richness I'd expect from Tonkotsu ramen. The fries were great, but were the same price as a bowl of ramen. So, they were pretty pricey.
Overall: Atmosphere of the restaurant is really cute and the fires are awesome. Probably won't return for the ramen though.

Food was horrible and I love ramen so much so for me to say it was nasty I mean it noodles was stiff and undercooked. The broth tasted like regular chicken broth out a box and pork was tuff like steak horrible never again!!! Ps. I took my whole order of ramen and grinded it up in the garbage disposal this is the first review I’ve ever left in my life on a restaurant

We had the tonkotsu ramen and the tantanmen ramen and both were delicious. Eggs were cooked perfectly (not like hard boil eggs you can find in some other places) Chashu pork was incredible & the service was quick, kind and efficient. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the canned cocktails – they weren’t quite up to the same high standard as everything else.

My review of this place is pretty late, but here is my experience from a few months back.
I dined here with my husband and daughter. It took at least 15 minutes for the server to take our order. We ordered 3 ramen dishes. It took probably 20 minutes more for the food to be served. All three ramen servings were lukewarm at best, probably was already done way before they were served. My dish, the Tonkotsu ramen, was extremely salty. My daughter did not like her ramen, nor did my husband.
The service was very bad, even though the restaurant was pretty much empty with maybe one other table.
Will not be going here again to waste my time and money.

Wow! The ramen and the bao buns were delicious. Service was wonderful and they were very accommodating in making the ramen more plain for the younger ones. I asked for some heat and got a nice big helping of extra spice on the side that I could add in.
