My family has been eating here for years, both in person and ordering takeout. There's been a bit of a decline in the spice in recent years- which is fine enough. However my most recent order had a chunk of metal brillo pad in one of my entrées, and I don't think I'll ever order again. I had to cough it up. Could have been a more dangerous turnout, especially if it was a child eating. I really can't recommend anyone eat here anymore.

Back for my second visit to JY Bamboo and it’s just as good as the first time! Everything is consistently delicious. I ordered the Pad Thai and the egg rolls—both were absolutely tasty and hit the spot. If you're in Dayton and looking for great food, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back again.

They overcharged my card and put me in the negative. I transferred $15 into my venmo account to pay for my lunch. My total was $10 and some change. I left $4 and the rest of the change to make it an even $15. Im a server of 5+ years. Im meticulous with my tip math. They tipped themselves almost $1 more than I wrote *clearly* and I was overdrafted by $0.12.

Firstly, the service was stellar. Still, I ordered two appetizers, two rolls, and water. I mustered through 90% of an absolute over fried, tasteless (or old grease tasting), soggy roll meal. The paste and ginger were tasteless. How? I didn't even waste my time on the water. He joked that I had a big appetite. I was going to eat that $47 because it took me an hour to make it. Constructive criticism. The cigarette smell is horrendous. Please find an alternative if you'll be in closed quarters with patrons.
