Baby K wanted ice cream on this chilly day, basically after someone else mentioned it. We got some on the way home from the Air Force Museum. Just off Harshman by the tracks, odd little lot- one entrance for parking, one for drive-through. Super friendly and helpful service. They weren't busy, and when they learned we were newbies they explained all the flavors and other options. And gave samples. K tried Eclipse (Moon Pie and other additions,) Peeps, and one other. Went with Eclipse. Loved it. I saw several I wanted, randomly picked cherries jubilee. Very good, with chunks of chocolate and maraschinos, but I really wasn't in the mood- too cold outside. I should have maybe gotten a shake. And they have those, and sundaes, and several of their own innovations. Clean and comfy inside. We'll keep it in mind for coming visits.

I had the butterscotch parfait. Delicious! Loaded with flavor. Drive thru line moved slowly but staff was very pleasant and our order was correct.

Call your mom! I just found the best ice cream shop in town. Smooth creamy delicious traditional ice cream and soft serve options.Seasonal flavor, the lemon square, dazzled my palate with a lemon zest that I could only imagine being recreated if you flew down to Florida, picked a fresh lemon from a tree, and then delicately dusted the peel onto your tongue. Good luck trying that - I’d rather just make another trip to Jubie’s.I knew you’d ask.. I did also finish a scoop of another flavor this round: the award-winning blueberry muffin. Not sure who’s Grandma is back there drawing up these flavors, but keep her away from danger at all costs. They already got Betty White - I don’t want them coming for Jubie’s blueberry muffin recipe next.So if stomach is rumbling, tumbling or bumbling for some ice cream. Head on down to Jubie’s and tell em Jim sent you.Fin
Terrible service. We were there at 7:00 and ordered our ice cream. Around 7:10 they got slammed and about 80% of the people that came after us got their food. At 7:40 I finally went up there and asked about my order. Her response is "It was already made." I can literally see my order behind her. I'm like well we didn't get it. Finally she handed it to me. It was all melted. Teach these kids customer service skills. I worked in customer service for a while and yes it's stressful and not fun but you HAVE to be nice to customers especially when you made a mistake. Ice cream is average. Go to Arrow Queen in New Carlisle for some cheaper yummy ice cream!

I was in town for a business trip and was craving ice cream. I have never heard of Jubie's Creamery before, so I thought I would give it a try. SO GOOD! I ordered something fun which was a cotton candy milkshake. The ice cream had a nice creamy texture. Please bring one to Columbus.

Had the pleasure of visiting this establishment just a few weeks ago. And even though we stopped in pretty late at night less than an hour before closing. Both of the women there were absolutely sweet and helpful. They both took their time explaining all the flavors and options that were available to us, ultimately helping us make our final decisions. The store was clean inside, and the ice cream tasted great

Love this place. Gave up all other ice cream places just to come here. It's great prices, great options, and never too busy when I'm there. I love the option to customize everything you want there.
If you like ice cream, then this is your place. Lots of different items and flavors to choose from. Good prices with large servings. They have a nice drive through window or you can eat inside.

I visited some friends at Wright State and they INSISTED we go to Jubie's for some ice cream. We got served quickly and they were super helpful with offering samples. Many people were seated outside or inside. My friends mentioned that you can become a member (or maybe just get rewards?) so now I'm thinking about moving closer...

Flavors are unique and tasty. It’s always nice to come and try something new. We especially love that they always have dairy-free options and they even rotate in new flavors that are dairy-free as well. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free options are delicious!
