Went in and was told that it would take 45 mins to get my food, if I had placed an order, due to online orders. 45 mins for a fast food chain!? No thank you.
There was just one other person in the store picking up their order and no one in the drive thru.

I placed a large order and when the delivery arrived, neither drink had been included --2 large drinks. I informed my driver who kindly offered to go back for them, When he returned, he had one SMALL drink,which wasn't anything we had ordered. I then proceeded to call the restaurant over a dozen times, getting no answer, We will not order from them again.

It took over an hour just to get 8 pieces of chicken! The only side available was potatoes—nothing else. Completely unprepared and absolutely ridiculous. Do better!!

I never leave reviews… I’m sure they did their best however I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese it’s been such a big craving, but I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes because the people were just talking and then when I received my food my Mac and cheese was cold and my chicken sandwich was hard… this was so disappointing :(

Both side items were missing from each combo meal, and all the dipping sauce ordered was missing. No straws were given for two drinks. The food that was correct (literally just the chicken) was cold and tasted old. You guys suck on multiple levels, even for fast food. Do better.

The pot pie must had been under the heat lamp too long because it caved in and was dried out. Nasty! The service was slow but the guy at the front counter had a smile on his face at all times.
