This KFC is the reason why I go to Beavercreek. They are always out of everything and the quality control is fickle.

Well I can't rate the food because the KFC in Fairborn Ohio on Broad St refused to substitute mashed instead of Cole slaw. So they lost a customer who would've spent a lot of money there. Guess I'll start going back to the KFC on Harshman road in Riverside, at least they are customer friendly!!!!!! Colonel Sanders must be turning over in his grave.....🤦♀️🤷♀️

Got the chicken and tender feast and while waiting the person on front counter was spraying a chemical on the tray to clean them right by the food and then a door dash person came in to get the door dash order and see went from cleaning the trays straight and put gloves on without washing her hands and made the food the biscuit we got with are meal was so hard they were unable to eat and they replace the just biscuits and the food was awful but didnt replace the rest of the food for us . All the time we have had a good experience but this one was awful.

This KFC has "zero quality control " I went to this KFC on 01/17/25 around 5:00 pm it was really good. Good job to person made that fried chicken. They definitely deserve a raise.
But went there again today 01/19/25 around 2:00 PM it was really bad. I felt like they gave me "leftover" from "yesterday" i can tell u that it was deepfried again at least "TWO TIMES"(Cuz it's super oily i can still feel the oil stucking in my throat, now im coughing thanks to that). They really need someone to inspect. Elderly lady working at the drive thru door was really nice tho.
P.S "i been to KFC in many other States even thought some of them are bad, this one is the worst (at least never gotten cough after eating). I am not a picky person or something this one is just really bad. This photo was taken after i used napkins to deal with the oil."

Their manager is struggling to keep the place open so they’ve gotten super cheap and will often intentionally short you on mobile orders knowing most people will forgive mistakes instead of coming back to get them fixed. Very poor service it’s obvious when a manger cares so little about the customers and even the poor workers

Called to ask about getting 60 pieces of chicken and was told NO, went to the restaurant to get what we could and they told us only 30 pieces. They did not want to accommodate our church in any way. We will in the future choose other places to assist us in a crisis.

Order 20 piece family meal. Asked if we could swap the wings for thighs, they said they would. Had to wait for fresh chicken about 20 minutes. No problem, was happy to get all fresh chicken. Got back and found they gave us the wings. Tried calling that night and next day. Never answers the phone. We then had to leave on our travels. My daughter lives in area, but we do not. Very frustrating.
